Merry Christmas Bryan . We are thinking of going back to the Philippines. But there is a little hesitation about it. I have a son with Autism healthcare is a Must for him and also for us . We will see. I have 3 years to decide. 💙

Merry Christmas to you and your family! Returning to the Philippines is a big decision, and it’s great that you’re giving yourself time to consider all aspects, especially healthcare for your son and family. The Philippines can be a wonderful place, but I completely understand your concerns regarding healthcare access. It’s good to plan ahead and explore all options available, like finding areas with reliable hospitals and specialists for your son’s needs. Wishing you all the best as you weigh your options and make the decision that’s best for your family. Take care!❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️ thanks for the love.

For those seniors considering retiring to the Philippines always factor in $400 - $700/mo for FULL healthcare coverage vs. your home country's plan. (e.g. MediCare in the USA $185/mo).
@bryandoesvlogsАй бұрын
Hello, would you say 400-700 Extra per month ( in addition to the $500?)

I can't wait to retire in the Philippines. The amount of money needed just to survive in the US has become an absolute joke

Music and movie service here are dirt cheap I subscribe to Spotify for $3 per month for entire family, and Netflix is like $8 per month lower than what I was charged back in the US. Although electricity here is expensive, I went and purchased split type AC units that has Eco mode and helps save $$ in the Summer it goes up to $250 per month with entire house cooled. Water is cheap with garbage collection $10, For high speed internet we went with Globe @ $30 per month, plenty fast no hiccups for family of 4 same time online in Manila. Phone service mix bag with separate plans for way cheaper @ $90 than at states at $260 per month. Pet haircut @ $10 here vs states @ $30 and daily pet sitting is $10 here vs. state at $25 per day. Insane.

@@jetd9716 Very true! Former Canadian from Vancouver here. We use Smart Magic Data+ costing us both $17 for 60gb/200min/1000sms per phone versus the discounted phone service called Public Mobile which we paid $50 per phone monthly! Internet here is $25 vs Telus Internet for $100 monthly. Diesel is $1.10 per litre vs $1.90 in Vancouver. Chicken is $5 per kg vs $13 per kg in Vancouver. These are Canadian dollar too! Monthly expenses in PH is under $2,000 vs $7,000 in Vancouver. Crazy expensive back there - we were barely surviving. Here in PH we are THRIVING! And sunny and warm!!!

Good information for the phone plans. I think you meant do not get Postpaid that is the monthly plan and the pre-paid is the one Filipinos use to save money and you can recharge at stores

Very inspirational, im ready to go down in February now and have saved cash for almost a whole year. Hey bro did you have several credit cards and different bank accounts when living down there? I heard many expats really stressing the point of having multiple ways to reach your money when living down there.

You're right Bry but, why don't you try in Iloilo City, Philippines it's a very peaceful and clean and the people there are loving people I can assure you that. That's why Iloilo City is called the City of Love. The prices there is way far from the prices in Manila. Another thing Bry you will love the foods offered there.
@marizvillarojas4296Ай бұрын
@@lolongwanderervlogs3208 yes prices in mnila is way far from the prices in the province but the value of properties in manila is also way far from the value in the province… my properties in manila is much more higher price than the province…

Housing is easily double in PH compared to Vietnam, Thailand, Cambodia. The PH housing is very low quality. Even the luxury condos have extremely poor craftsmanship, and roach infestation even if you’re clean, compared to other Asian countries. Not to mention those other Asian countries have extremely healthy street food compared to the typical PH diet of salt, sugar, and animal fats and innards. Zero vegetables or prime rib. The nightlife in Vietnam and Cambodia is amazing. It goes until 4am, premium international cuisine, real espresso and not 3-1 fake coffee, and 50 cent beers. The PH isn’t as good as people say. Visit all the countries and decide for yourself. Ever since I left PH I’ve never seen an ATM machine out of cash 😂
