There's also a large section of Pearland that's east of highway 288. Plenty of good restaurants, shopping, housing. and local establishments there as well. It often seems to get left out of these types of videos.

My problem with Pearland is that it’s clearly a community of south Houston people who got decent jobs and moved up. With that comes a low class of people.
