It’s great to see how well you integrate into the Polish culture. That barbecue thing is something very Polish. Also, I thought I’d give you a hint about using a charcoal barbecue instead of a gas one, but you have already made a good choice. A charcoal barbecue produces a much tastier food, but it’s more difficult to clean. Next time, make gentle and small perpendicular cuts on sausages, so more fat will melt inside and they will be tastier and warmer inside.
