I've only ever been through Chester Le Street on the train so I like this video very much. Such a shame so many businesses have closed, the town actually looks very nice.

It’s a dump now we have the metro centre and the arnison centre no one wants to shop in ch le st anymore. We are a town of charity shops hair salons and pubs. Spend money on the town and reduce parking costs to encourage people to return

I agree. Parking should be free. Without Boyes and B&M it would be a ghost town.

@@livinginromania thanks God , Romania is qualified at Rugby World Cup! with Ireland, Scotland ,South Africa and ... Tonga in their Group B ...nothing to expect more from them, just a good display because points it's impossible to make in this group ,the first match is Ireland vs Romania (9 september , 2023) , i know Rugby is very popular in UK , not so much in Romania...unfortunately
