We live in the National District near Plaza de Colombia. We have a 3-2 $25,000 pesos, roughly $431 per month. It’s in Cuidad Real gated master plan community. There a several places available throughout the complex. Our budget is around $1600 for everything. We don’t have a car yet, most of our daily activities are within walking distance.

I live around there, Jacobo Majluta Ave, and I am paying 600 dollars, 35,000 pesos, and it is complete furniture, and my light bill is around 3,000 and 4,000 pesos, like 68 dollars, and I buy food every day, lunch for 275 pesos, like 4 dollars; they bring it every day to my house with different menus every day. Yes, my country is very cheap if you work remotely and get paid in dollar salaries. By the way, I'm your new fan, guys. 😊 Another thing, my internet costs mine 2,700, like 48 dollars, because I work remote and is fast for me, and the mall is a 3-minute huge mall with all the banks, Colina Center mall with everything, supermarket, etc.

Im not sure how much houses are in Santiago because we live in Santo Domingo Este and your question is very vague. There are a lot of different factors that go into the cost of a house.

Most people in DR makes 10-12000 thousands peso they live in luxury. If you are professional 30,000 peso monthly.

Well, you are going to pay for that, but with $30,000 you cannot live in the Dominican Republic since that only gives you enough to go to the supermarket.
