I don’t usually do interview style videos but sometimes it’s the best way to get a lot of info out. Lots of info about Seattle in this video. Enjoy! ✌️

I grew up in the Ravenna Neighborhood from 68-78! It was close to the UW and I rode my bicycle everyday to the UW where I got a BS in Chemistry and another BS in Biology in 78! I then went to Med School in St. Louis to get my MD. I'm now a Cardiologist and moved to Modest, CA!

I loved this and all of your videos! I’m considering a move to Seattle in a few years and trying to absorb as much information as possible. As a single, 30-something woman I would like to hear a woman’s perspective of similar neighborhoods. It would be great to have a range of perspectives in future videos - if you continue with this forum style, which I hope you do because it’s so helpful :)

Incredibly informative and useful for someone like me who's thinking of moving to Seattle. I am an older woman and don't have a car, so need a place that is easy to navigate through transportation and on foot. Looking at listings online, I see some gorgeous apartment buildings from the 1920s in Capitol Hill -- exactly my style as someone who grew up in New York City. The rents and sales prices are relatively low compared with Brooklyn and Manhattan. Thanks again for your excellent videos!

I love your channel! You really try to explore and explain the environments you travel along. I really appreciate it. Do more west Seattle or Colombia city, or Georgetown

When I get there I may take you up on a paid tour guide so I can get familiar with Seattle quicker. You brought it up in a video awhile ago and I think it's a great idea for new Seattlites.

“….coffee”! 😂🤣👍 This is my third video of yours and I was trying to figure out who you reminded me of🧐🤔🙉😬🤔🤔🤔Then it hit me! “John Denver!” Seriously. You remind me of an Asian John Denver. Same expressions, similar speaking style….👍

Thanks for mentioning Paolo from O'dea. I was raised in Seattle in the 80's and 90's, but I've been working at Duke University for 16 years. Great to hear we'll have another great player! :) BTW - Sorry Lao, I'm from Garfield. Go Dogs! LOL

Rainer Beach! any house bargains? Cap Hill is the funniest, Bad Public school. Ballard is family friendly and good public school. Belltown is one big apartment to hide from Seattle.

@@LaoOcean Interesting. I was born at Swedish Hospital and lived in Downtown Seattle most of my life. I pay 50 dollars a month rent in low income housing. But then again, I never pursued secondary education so I could pay 8 dollars for a cup of coffee.

Not to come off to negative here but. In my opinion and from my perspective. I got love for Seattle but I'm no big fan of Seattle these days. There's so many hidden issues here the average person does not realize.I understand it's a liberal city and very open to everyone and. But it lacks so much originality these days. Its such a watered down place for some and Seattle seems to only cater to specific groups and people. I won't go into that now. But other then that.Seattle is full of this self entitled people. The culture is different here. This exaggerated cheesy "hipster" culture and uppity snobby uptight people.Over the top Gentrification. Most people are afraid of societal and raw racial issue conversations. And most here love to brush off the real issues. Passive aggressive. Anyhow. I will keep this short but there's more to it. -Thanks.
