6:27 cabbage carrot stir fry - cook scrambled eggs and break into chunks before removing from pan. Add oil and cook scallions and garlic. add cabbage and carrot and stir fry until slightly cooked. Add salt, soy sauce, oyster sauce then add in scrambled eggs. drizzle sesame oil to finish.

I love 包菜, literally the only vege I ate during the Shanghai lockdown, all my neighbors hate them so they keep giving it to me 😂 it taste so good just by stir fry it with small dried shrimp, or fresh shrimps will works too.
