The city is very accessible to Edmonton but if you're living here you won't ever feel the need to leave!

When did Sherwood Park become a city? I believe it is still a hamlet. Secondly,unless I missed something, I didn’t see or hear any mention of the asthma rate in the Park due to its location since it’s downwind from all of the Gas plants…

May wish to note that there are different neighborhoods in the Park and do a comparison of each. If you’ve done that - sorry if I missed it. (Ie. older more established areas vs newer). Also - it may be just an issue of semantics- but Sherwood Park isn’t a city ;)

HUGE OVERSIGHT - For people considering moving to SP, it's worth mentioning is that Sherwood Park runs white, politically conservative, and pretty NIMBY. If you are LGBTQA+ or liberal/progressive, or just generally unconventional you might find The Park pretty lonely and unwelcoming. I hope, as a realtor, you've giving your clients a heads-up on this…
