loved this! my goal is to be a digital nomad after my English teaching contract ends. Not sure if you've talked about this in another video but what is your remote job?
@SheRunTheWorld Жыл бұрын
That’s amazing! I actually have 2 jobs: I teach English online and I write scripts for a company that teaches foreign languages. So since you have teaching experience you could definitely do either of these options! :)

The Airbnb we lived in for a month had fantastic wifi! There’s a tour of the apartment on my channel with the link in that description to book

How do visas work exactly?
@SheRunTheWorld Жыл бұрын
As a US citizen you can stay in nearly all the countries in South America for 90 days each with no visa. So if you’re planning on staying 90 days or less and then heading to the next country and doing the same thing- there’s no visa needed!

Do you know some spanish? After living there, i notice that not many latinos know any english so it helps to have at least basic spanish
@SheRunTheWorld Жыл бұрын
Yeah that was my first con in the video! It’s important to have basic Spanish down here- my Spanish is definitely basic, but I can get by 😊

@@SheRunTheWorld cool!! I just watched your videos about Santiago and Argentina, i super agree, I just came from there from holidays and I loved both cities. I’m gonna watch your videos about Brazil! Nice videos though!

@@paullhenriquee Thanks so much I appreciate it! Yeah they're both cool in their own ways. I'm excited to visit Colombia next- everyone always has amazing things to say about it!

what has been your fav city to live in South America so far?
@SheRunTheWorld Жыл бұрын
Honestly it’s a tie between Buenos Aires, Argentina and Cuenca, Ecuador! Both have very European feels, so clean and cheap!
