God bless their "inexistent personal space" ! ... that saves them from the depressions and psycho problems many americans show

I have to say that 50% of the houses and apartments in Spain doesn't use propain tanks anymore.

I'm from Spain and I have something to say. Lately, I've been watching a lot of videos like this one, people from one country explain how people of another country are or live. I think it's great to do it and comment the cultural difference but they do it from just one perspective. Everything you say is right (not the olive oil drinking, haha) but not right for all people in Spain. The gas tank is not so popular now, same as the "half suitcase", these two things are just common in elderly people. These are just examples. It's good to generalize but when you do it, it creates this "steriotype" that's not close to reality. That said, I enjoyed your video and I'm not trying to judge it or hurt you in any way, it's fun to know what other people think about our way of living :)

An apartment in Spain is probably as expensive as a big house in the USA because spanish terrain is more expensive due to the fact that spain is smaller.

As a Spaniard, I liked this video a lot! I agree with everything he said! :) And yeah! We love our olives and olive oil! It's the best in the world! (except I don't think anybody would drink olive oil just like that, we put it on bread at least) The suitcase he meant is called a "carro de la compra", very popular among the older people.

I can see how you talk about your experience with so much passion and love ... It's very nice to see that, but you have to bear in mind that, the same as in the USA, depending on the region you live in, Spain is very different. We have a lot of cultures in here, very different from one another. I strongly recommend you to come to Andalusia, you'll fall in love with it.

what I don't like about transportation in Spain is the fact that there is a kind of radial system of trains, having its center in Madrid. The problem is that if you are in the south-east of Spain and you want to go to the south or the south-west, you might need to go to Madrid first and from there to your destination

Very good video! I'm from.. well.. basically a country that is opposite of Spain, but I like Spain very much, so comparing like this gives me good picture of the country. Awesome! Thanks!

Kids in the bars was strange to get used too, hanging out with our friends with young children in the bars until 2-3 in the morning is normal for them.

Hola, yo soy de Bilbao y no hablo tan cerca como dices. Sobre el tema del propano, no se usa en toda España solo en los pueblos, en mi caso tenemos una caldera (boiler). Se nota que solo has venido de turismo y no a conocer el país.
