Charleston has changed a lot sense then so I turn to your video to help us understand what neighborhoods are popular and safe. How the different areas lean politically would be interesting and what areas will appreciate more in the coming years.

There are zero top rated schools in the Charleston area. State ranks 47th out of 50. Schools here suck. And they are not even in school for 7 hours.

The Academic Magnet High School in North Charleston is the #8 ranked high school in the entire country by US News and World Report. That’s pretty top rated if you ask me.
