I've only been to, well actually through (on a train and got off to take a picture) NY once, I watch every video because Cash is awesome. I wish NOLA (my hometown) had a Cash Jordan to show off French Quarter rentals. This particular apartment is something I know I would love to visit. It is lovely in every way.

This apartment is for those who haven't decided where they really want to settle down forever. I know this not only because Cash said it but because of all the grey. Grey is a color for people who can't decide between black or white. There is so much gray here I thought Christina designed it. Except she does all her decorating in the OC. I loved the shade of green in that one bedroom. It's a beautiful place overall. As a side note: Cash, any chance of getting a 3D camera to make everything more real than it already is? Just trying to "keep it real" bro. Love your videos. They start my day and make it less gray.

Today they would probably pick gray. It is neutral like you say. I personally am not a fan. I like combinations of black & white with dash of red or yellow. That's just me. And we can agree to disagree. That's America! A miracle of diversity.

A carefully selected warm colored art print in a room with some matching accessories can help cut down the instutitional gray colors. Hint. North facing rooms need warm colored built ins, and south facind need cool colored built ins, like kitchen cabinets, etc...

Whomever shaped your beard Cash did a very good job. It's very becoming, and it highlights all of the features of your face. Re the apartment... VERY CLEAN! I'd give a B+-A- to the Interior Designer who was able to find all of that "affordable" (disposable) store-bought stuff and make it all work in the space rather than customized furnishings. However, nothing stood out for me. Although I did like the placement of the wine fridge in the bedroom rather than the kitchen or living room. I'd rent this as a "staycation" with friends and/or family--There are LOTS of things to see in Brooklyn and many good restaurants! Overall... nice space.

I knew you would like that wine fridge lol. Yes it's a nice place if you have a few people but the G train sucks. On top of the $300+ per night be prepared to pay a $200 cleaning fee. Might just be better to stay in a hotel in Manhattan

This duplex is marvelous. Checked the booking info& this duplex is massively expensive. Over $11,000.00 for 30 days. SHEESH😮 for a specific kind of clientele,$$$$$

I especially loved your pronunciation of “Nostrand”! I’m almost certainly that you didn’t do it intentionally however. You pronounced the word Nostrand the way British people do! Minus any sort of British accent! American pronunciation: “Now - struhnd” British pronunciation: No - Struhnd”. (I’m the most non technically savvy person ever 👵🏻 I’m old! However, on both pronunciations the first part of the word, l would have typed it in “Bold print”... I don’t know how to do that! 😂🤦🏻‍♀️ Then you would have easily known to put the emphasis on the first part of the word. By the way, what a absolutely lovely apartment. P.S. Those apartments “behind the Deli” are located at 265 Nostrand Ave. These apartments are “Rent Stabilized” not to be confused with “Low Income”... A One Bedroom w/ 1 Bath is $3,000!
