'When I lived in San Joaquin County, about 17 years ago, I was taking Codeine pills and also drinking. I did not think anything was wrong with that. I had a very stressful job so I thought the Codeine was going to relax me. I started having nightmares. BLON, I started having disturbances before I even went to bed. I would take a bath and light a candle. Many times, the fear of something would travel from the furthest corner of my apartment, travel into the bathroom and go through me. I then knew that the nightmare would be heavy that night. As soon as I was falling asleep, I would get sleep paralysis and felt something or someone in the room with me. I would struggle to awaken, but once back to sleep, it would happen again. Consequently, with poor sleep, I started to feel depressed and stressed out. I finally wen to see my doctor, who prescribed Temazepam and he said it might make it worse (the nightmares). I told him I was desperate for sleep and would take my chances with the new prescription. I experienced good sleep finally. I am certain that my dabbling with the occult also contributed to my overall sense of unease. It wasn't until I relocated to Sacramento that I underwent an improvement. I had a positive, supportive relationship and I stopped drinking. Anyone experiencing what I described should be attentive to negative symptoms, go to your doctor, don't do the occult and pray. My job involved adults with anger management issues and domestic violence, and I am certain I was dragging negativity back to my private life.

I had a similar experience after playing with the Oiuja board. It was emotionally and physically draining my energy slowly one day at a time to the point this entity told me to kill myself. It's real what happened to me. After months of torture and the feeling that I was better off being non-existent to this world, I finally reached out to my pastor to let him know what was happening. From there on the church did a cleansing and prayer for me. As soon as it was over, I felt this heaviness lifted off my shoulders. So now when I have negative thoughts where evil can creep up again cause it can, I reach out for prayers of strength, courage, and protection from our Holy Spirit. Please do not mess with evil things that can open the doors to the unknown.

Old Hag Syndrome is commonly known as sleep paralysis. As a sufferer of this I can attest it is absolutely frightening and I've had suffered it all my life. I don't believe in demons per say as I'm not religious but I do think it's more than just a hiccup of brain chemistry. I suffered "injuries" during the episodes and when I finally snap out there is nothing there but I have pain in that place. If I get bit I can feel each individual tooth mark. It went away for a long time but in the last 4 years or so it's come back with a vengeance. Never seen the hag but I have seen shadow people. It's not nice.

I've had sleep paralysis and night terrors mixed....they're not fun. I felt so horribly bad because I woke up and scared my family once I broke out of the paralysis as it occurred around 11pm. My mom had just gotten off work from being a security guard at a high rise, and my older sister was laying down for the night. They were so shocked and confused when they heard me suddenly scream like that. But I had been provoked by my schizo, drug addict older brother earlier that evening. I had a manic episode because he kept bothering me (I have bipolar depression, PTSD, and severe anxiety), and I apparently screamed out "I'm dying" which scared and worried my older sister as she came downstairs and forced him to back off. I have no memory of screaming "I'm dying" though.

Sometimes we do not realize that a prayer without faith or believe doesn't have effect. My brother's toy barn door for plastic animals opened and closed rapidly late one night. My friend and I saw it together. We were teenagers. It scared us. My brother was curled in a ball on his bed with his backside upright sleeping like a dog does when he's lowered only the front half of his body to stretch. He was rocking. Terrifying scene.

That's why pray every day and read Bible every day to memorize God's word that will work on your every days life . Thank to God thank to him for seeing everyday otherwise who knows who dies one day because everyday someone dies in our world if anyone can save you it's up to him, So stay in holy life if you are a Christian if anyone judge you, you are this and that don't judge him just pray for him that he comes to in God's path rest to is up to God. Don't selfishly pray for everything that you want if he wants to give anything he will give you but be patience , God don't complete wishes because humans are greedy creature if his wish fulfilled he wishes for another they don't work for it.When Any any weak believers fall in fear any difficult situation then they realize God otherwise God is shopkeeper to him whenever he/she came to pray for God just for help, other times God is nothing to him/her only. God will not help that type of friend who asks for for help when it's needed but never thank for every day and whenever you got the time give a few minutes for your pray to God first thanked him for everything and pray about your family, your neighbours and the people who are needy who have nothing to and shelter over their head and also pray for the missioneries who were working to spread the God's word to bring the non believers in the path of God it's very hard for them we can't fight out the people whom we are preaching because God will judge you don't make your own decisions , because Jesus bring the word of love to the world as a human outside, inside he is a God if he came to destroy people who are giving him painful death he can destroy them at once he only mercies the people who one-time stands in his sides when he is showing his miracle but when he going to be crucified all the people told that we don't know this man who is he , that's Why God don't fulfilled all the greedy wishes of us. Follow this word brothers , I am from India. Stay safe in this COVID situation and stay healthy and have a blissful life.
