Managing a limited amount for retirement or any life phase requires strategic planning. Consulting with a financial advisor can provide tailored guidance, helping you allocate funds effectively while considering inflation, expenses, and potential investments.
@Pierce-p7f17 сағат бұрын
I've worked with a financial analyst since I started focusing on retirement planning. Today's culture emphasizes spending, but the challenge is knowing how to invest strategically to ensure your funds last. My advisor manages entry and exit strategies for my portfolio, which has grown over 90% in a little over a year.

Everyone wants to settle in Goa!! Its difficult for us 🤦🤦 personally I get tap water after alternate every 2 days!!! Mega projects are coming up with a personal swimming pool for each flat/ villa!! Hills are being converted into settlement zones and construction is being done ! Our ground water level is being destroyed by digging illegal borewells!! Tourists come here get drunk and drive rashly causing numerous accidents!! That's some of the reasons why goans hate outsiders!!

I have observed the work ethic of Mumbaikars is top notch.when i met team members with whom i worked remotely in covid.Most of them were doing 2+ hrs commute, workig long hours, however by living standards they will be better of tier 2 cities.
@chadultrapromax17352 күн бұрын
Coming from a tier 2-3 city it's always better to live in your hometown imo. My hometown has great food because i am from Punjab,nearby tourist destinations , a laid back yet modern lifestyle. The only thing is lack of public transport but you can have a car and a two wheeler. Also knowing that you have a roof without rent, friends and family with you is possibly the best thing. I don't think that we make true friendship in corporate or big cities but just companionships. At the end of the day i would say get a high paying remote job and you are set for life.

Great video! However, I have subscribed and keep watching wint wealth to get insights on the finances part (what & how they earn, what & how they spend and save). The other video formats where you show timelines and explain each of these categories is much more insightful than this one! I did not find that much of clarity and detailing in this one! Awaiting the next one! Thanks❤

Thanks for sharing. I was born in mumbai and I miss the place , people, food, festivals, movie theatres. I think the govt. has to do something about pollution and population in Mumbai, perhaps slow down on construction and allow electric vehicles. My vote goes to Mumbai couple and they seem to be sorted.

4:35 some people move to Goa to go to the shacks... You are totally wrong.... Opinion of non Goans on what Goa is like is totally misleading. Listen to what real Goan locals have to say on Goa.
@TeachTravelCreate19 сағат бұрын
Hi :) Thank you for sharing your thoughts and pointing out that I am wrong from your POV. I've spoken entirely from my personal experience, as I've a few connections who've moved to Goa to be by the beach and to work from or relax at the shacks.. so I said! Though, the video has cut much of the conversation I had, and placed only a few statements here and there, making it appear this way to you.. For eg. It missed the next line where I've mentioned, some people wanna be in and around Panjim, Porvorim etc. to enjoy the comfort of delivery apps, better accessibility to hospitals, college, community centers, clubs, fancy restaurants and cafes etc. , they're closer to the cities.. But other non-Goans I know prefer beaches and slow living. And, I absolutely agree that Goans will know much better about the majority of people moving to Goa with different purposes, like many others, specially some real estate people etc. move to Goa for other reasons.. However, the people I'm talking about are mostly explorers, have moved to find themselves or move forward in life leaving behind a painful past or a critical society in their over-populated (increasing everywhere, not only Goa) nation. None of them have a goal to destroy something beautiful, but to learn and experience new things, meet and embrace new cultures. Since, I noticed a pattern in all your comments and responses to others' comments, and that "you're wrong" phrase (clearly pointed to me), hence I thought, this would lessen a part of your worries about all the people moving to Goa with a negative purpose and attitude :))
