@AMGF8154 жыл бұрын
@@daviddang82 I'm a former investor myself. Started when I was 18. Late 20s now. I'm now a startup founder because real estate is extremely boring and limited when compared to creating a business. There is only so much value you can add to real estate. You don't seem to comprehend the elements described. Any serious investor is going to form a company to do his/her investing through. That company - a corporation or LLC - will hold the titles of your properties. In other words, the properties they buy are in the name of the company, not their own name the way most people buy their personal residence. Do you know what an LLC is? Limited Liability Company. When you own rental property, a lot of it - it's just a matter of time until someone sues you. Then there are also lots of tax benefits to be had. Again, I'm not buying the $6 million in yearly income. The facts don't add up. Period! But hey, you're welcome to believe whatever you desire. You can even believe Donald Trump is a billionaire yet he is asking his followers to donate to help him pay for his lawyers. Makes a lot of sense to you?! Facts matter and they are clues to finding out what other people don't want you to know. Do you have any idea what a title search is? Every real estate transaction gets recorded much like when you buy a car and register it with the DMV. The database is available online. This guy is a "guru." Like Tao Lopez and many others, he figured out that he could earn more money selling info products rather than only doing what he "teaches" others to do.

@@AMGF815 Yeah I am pretty good with numbers and while I don't doubt he makes a lot of money, I am not so sure about the $6 million either.
