Walking desks are actually really useful, if you can set them up and make them work for you; a few folks in my office have them. They don't get you a fantastic workout, but they do allow you to get the "brisk walk that breaks up the workday" kind of exercise for an hour or so a day, once you figure out how to type.

The mortgages are deductible on Kevin's taxes -- I would NOT pay them off if my net income were sufficient afterwards. I took ten full years to pay off my apartment building and rental house, and only paid the remainder to avoid refinancing costs.

I've made losses trying to make profit from trading. I thought that trading on a demo account is just like trading on the real marketÉ can anyone help me or at least give me some advice on what to do?

Why would you want to pay off the mortgage and debt when interest is only 3% ish and returns on an S%P500 would be 8%. Plus even if housing market crashes, they will still be able to cover it through their investments and rental cash flow. Paying off debt early at a great interest rate is stupid.

So it's just A and B traded an asset back and forth with a higher and higher price, and the incentive is that higher valuation enables easier access to capitals and lower interest rate, using the new gained advantage, both A and B will then expand their influence into other assets, rinse and repeat.

5:53 Because, Kevin, Kevin loves leverage. He used to use margin for leverage in his brokerage accounts but now he uses options instead to avoid liquidation, and wants to keep his real estate leveraged through his mortgage debt.
