This is how it goes: "My name is Kevin and I make six million a year". FALSE. He did make that in 2019 or 2020 don't remember that doesn't mean he is making that now. He has 10 vacant houses now trying to turn those houses in multifamily houses going from a unit to three or four units per house so he's not receiving rents he is spending now. All these "youtube stars" make their money on youtube so everything else now is secondary bussineses they make a living giving interviews on the other guys doing same as they in an infinite loop. There is a point when they have no new content just more of the same. Why would you want to pay off the mortgage and debt when interest is only 3% ish and returns on an S%P500 would be 8%. Plus even if housing market crashes, they will still be able to cover it through their investments and rental cash flow. Paying off debt early at a great interest rate is stupid.
