Ideal investment for ppl in this slab is SIP investment in a good low cost index fund + ppf and nps(80c) Eg : 5k per month in index fund and 1lac in ppf and 50 k in nps annually..ppf might look uninteresting but trust thr power of compounding plus a safe tax free return asset. As ur salary increases and ur career stabilizes step up ur sip andadd a good mid cap fund and flexicap fund to ur portfolio .This should give you a really good head start . As u mature in ur investment start picking direct stocks (large cap at first )

Excellent series!One question is it easy to get a fund manager ?
@myroncarvalho48722 жыл бұрын
some indirect cost effective ways to outsource your folio management to a fund manager is by: 1. investing through a small case(like zerodha), 2. into any mutual fund of a particular theme/sector, 3. any index funds(nifty50, next50, etc.), 4. direct growth plans(icici/hdfc/tata etc. provide this, google growth plans sip and any bank name), in all these cases there is a fund manager running this. so a tiny fraction of your investment goes to them. to understand properly how to use these instruments, search for videos made by anshuman/akshat shrivastava/ankur/LLA/Rachana Ranade. just put their name + mutual funds you'll get their videos explaining these in detail.
