Read "The Anxiety and Phobia Workbook" by Dr. Bourne. Practice some graded exposure and you will overcome your anxiety. Anxiety is probably the most treatable mental health issues. One of the main aspects of Korean cuisine is that it's HEARTY. Even the entirely vegetarian dishes will satisfy your hunger and give you energy through calories AND nutrients. Add in the family-style boisterous dinners and a big focus on sharing, togetherness and making bonds while eating, and it's very much the Italy of Asia, if that gives anyone a better idea.
