I built an apartment complex, a "daycare" (hangout spot for kids after school and play area for toddlers), a gym/spa/pool and a market in Magnolia Promenade and I actually love playing there now!

@@kaelyn6078 in the sims especially if you are playing with big families multiple bathrooms is normal, but when i see her make a realistic house, as someone from the uk, it seems a bit wild to me to have more than one full bathroom and maybe a half bath downstairs in builds lol. i’m much more likely to only have one bathroom in a build personally.

Another Floridian here--I just swapped my yard's "regular" Hibiscus plants for "autumnal" cranberry Hibiscus this week (with dark leaves) and had the same thought, LOL! A bigger challenge would be to do a Cozy Autumnal or Winter build in Sulani, which has Seasons a lot like South Florida...one can still crave coziness in "hot rain" season, too!

Normally I gravitate towards the cool-toned roof colors but the combo of the cream siding and the reddish-brown roof and door is soooo cozy!! Especially with the evening lighting on this lot (the BEST lighting!). Sometimes Brindleton Bay doesn't feel quite like New England. Maybe it's too spread out with not enough trees, maybe there's something else about it. But THIS house in the fall on this lot is PERFECT New England vibes

yeah its not very new england to me. maybe bc i live in interior new england so we're all mountains and forests and the coast may have less trees? but ive seen a lot of people say brindleton bay is maryland inspired which makes more sense (not that ive been to maryland lol just that it doesnt seem new england)

I feel like the areas by the ocean are pretty realistic but the town is too spread out and not in the right way. a rural new england town would be spread out but not in a grid with wide streets, it'd be more twisty and windy and lined with trees. most new england town centers are very dense

I wish they had some sort of half or quarter circle/hexagon roof option. Other than gazebos, the round/hexagon roofs are so hard to work with.

I really wish we had some more roof pieces. A quarter round roof and a set of triangular pieces and a flat roof that isn't a floor so you could have flat roofs on tiny homes that doesn't increase the floor tile count.

I was so excited about round walls specifically bc there's quite a lot of houses around where I live that have a very similar shape to this house, even smaller houses will have round sun rooms and things like that. I haven't been able to really build one yet (round walls are... hard) but this is exactly what I've been hoping for!

I love the shell of the house. It reminds me of all the houses around where I live and grew up in New Jersey and all the way from Long Island, Rhode Island, New York, here in Philly to New Jersey we have a lot of colonial houses that look like that and rounded foyers shaped like those round parts with the windows and normally like a dining room would be in one of them and the other half of that house would be like the living room but I love those.. it's so cozy feeling it just reminds me of home and here in Jersey we experience such beautiful autumns ..I wish you would upload shells like that on the gallery so we could download them and furnish them ourselves

You focused on Orange a lot, but don't forget there is also yellow's and cranberry's and brown's & a beautiful dark deep scarlet kind of red also. I know you don't really get to see those colors, and I am sorry, but for those of us who do for some of us it is a favorite of Autumn, I myself love the colors of Autumn!! When the leaves start changing it is my favorite time of year, and the red leaves especially are my favorite!

Her PC recently broke down and she had to get a new one in a rush so she bought a pre-made PC which I guess is worse than the one she had before. I think the rendering software doesn't work as well. It's a bit annoying yes but I can understand not immediately being able to rebuild a powerful PC for playing, recording etc immediately.

Am I the only one who has been struggling with resolution? Recently, when I watch Simsie's videos, the resolution drops from high to low(specifically with face cam), and it appears to be a problem within the video rather than my end. Anyone else?

The first window you choose for the rounded part it was the « flat » one. There is another one that work on round wall. To sort them you need to choose the round wall above the length window. I know, we never use round wall so we forgot that exist 😂 Love the build ❤️

I really wish they would add half round rooves, and half octagonal rooves, similar to the half hip roof. Where one side is flat. It would make these things easier. Also I wish they would add the ability to stretch round and octagonal rooves into oval / rectangle shape instead of just square. That would also help so much.
