Looks nice, comfy. We can’t have cloth,threaded rugs in or home our dogs shed like crazy. So we use rubberized mats. You should build a nameless with surround at your fireplace! Use some older lumber and stain it dark, then white wash it just a bit, not a lot. Would look wonderful with everything you’ve done here in this space!

It's the Cameron Coffee Table from World Market. They don't sell it anymore😩, but I do see them pop up on places like craigslist and offer up. If you do a google search you can find them. Love the rug! Is it rough/gritty? We have a young toddler and it doesn’t look like it’d be very comfortable or soft to play on. Would love to know your thoughts on it for kids!

Hi Cailey! It's not rough and gritty. It's actually made of cotton, polyester, and viscose. We have two boys who play on it, but it's not necessarily super plush like some of the other rugs I've had in the past. Hi! Unfortunately, they discontinued it. It was originally from World Market. I have seen it on places like Craigslist, OfferUp, etc. I would keep checking those areas and see if you're able to grab one if it pops up!

Yes, they are blackout. They're great quality! I find that good quality-looking curtains are hard to come by! You can try checking out Bed Bath and Beyond, they usually have great quality options!

Hi Victoria! This rug (in my opinion) is very versatile! We have greyish toned wood floors and it looks great! If our floors were warmer I still think it would look great! It pulls a lot of cooler tones with a bluish but it also has some neutral/ warmth with the cream and very light brown. We love it! I think it'd be great over a taupe carpet. Check they're return policy, if it didn't work out you would probably be able to send it back. Hope this helps :)

I have the couch and it’s not very good quality. My dogs ( mini doodles) claws made the threads already start unwinding. I now have to keep a blanket over the cushions to keep it from getting worse. Wouldn’t recommend to anyone.

I love the clean crispness of the room and especially the green plants but I'm just seeing too much of a basic black & white vibe. I think some color would really add to a more cozy and homey feeling especially for children in the home. Maybe some blues or even rose colors to go with all the beige and black.

Can you please let me know how your Rug Collective rug is holding up? I purchased a rug with this company 7 months ago because of your video. My rug looks horrible now and washing it hasn’t helped. I really like the rug. Unfortunately, my rug looks like trash now and needs to be placed in the garbage. I’m not comfortable donating it. I’m not sure what went wrong. The company isn’t interested in doing anything about this. Plus, there’s a thirty day return policy.

Oh no, I’m sorry to hear that! Ours is still looking great, we used it for about 6 months n then changed up the look. So it’s packed away for now but during the time we used it I’d say we put in the washer about 3-4 times and also washed it outdoors using our broom/ detergent wash method for rugs. I have a video on how we wash a lot of our rugs. I’ll link it below for you. I hope they will get back to you on the issue. I know how frustrating that can be. Hoping everything works out 💕

Thanks! I would love to see how you washed your rug. The Rug Collective hasn’t responded to my emails. Maybe they aren’t responding because they have a thirty day return policy. When I first started having issues they were very supportive. Now, they aren’t responding to any of my messages. It’s very disappointing because the rug isn’t a year old and it looks terrible.
