As far as employment in rural areas, you’re not even gonna have employment in real areas there’s a 0% chance it’s going to happen or unless you apply for the ablr 360 program you might as well move to Raleigh. I don’t care what anyone says but Raleigh I know has far more employment for the blind and visually impaired my senior year at Governor Morehead school. I went to so many different coffee shops in that area. I know one thing also I am trying to get out of this rural area so I can be in Raleigh one day in the near future

If I had to tell people in North Carolina, who is blind and visually impaired, don’t go to public school go to Governor Morehead school because Governor Morehead school Offers way more support compared to public school in terms of accommodations activities even sports art that versus public school you don’t have the same resources as Governor Morehead school. All the teachers are great, so why would you bother going to public school in the first place?
