I live in Richmond have been here since 2015 I have the privilege of seeing his growth and it is indeed a lovely place to live, nothing matches Richmond so far. Its important to preserve these communities has it proves that Jamaica can compete on the world stage, and with Richmond it certainly proves it to be the case. Richmond opened the North Coast to the outside world and Jamaican alike. So let's preserve what we with love and attention ❤

I stayed on the Richmond Estate in 2016. It's a lovely, peaceful area. I fell in love with it and the house we stayed in. The pool, etc, lovely. I would definitely stay there again. It was very handy having the store there too. Highly recommend anyone to stay there.

Thank you for your comment. Unfortunately, all units are sold out on the Richmond website. Some units are sold privately on other websites. The is a broad spectrum of prices, saying that they have gone up quite a bit in recent years.

For all the people in the comment section asking why there is so much about crime in jamaica is over blown. If you think it is over blown why do you think a place like Richmond has 24 security and cameras on every street and security driving on the community? Well, i stayed at the Richmond and its a lovely place, not luxury but very nice nevertheless. The reality of the island as it relates to crime is bad and we have to stop sugar coating the reality, however, Richmond is a very safe place, but dont think Richmond is a reflection of the entire jamaica. Jamaica is a place of contrast, on one end its hell, and in the other end its paradise for those who can afford it; but make no mistake there are a huge crime problem in jamaica and until we face the truth we will not fix the problem underneath the glitz and the glamor.

I live in a house bigger and better for way less. I have a pool and HOA is less than $500 usd a year. These developers are raping the country. I never really happy too see these things because only a few Jamaicans can buy one. Our jamaica have it and can provide for its people but they must keep the poor poor the control them.
