I spent time over in Kenya with the British army back in 1991 and loved every minute of it and the culture, we were based in Nanyuki but travelled all over including a week in Watamu Mombasa R&R, so many great memories.

She lived with her parents just down from Hemingway’s hotel, I’d go to see her every day for the week we were there and those seven days just went so fast and wanted it to last forever. Getting robbed, scammed by police/border agents, and hassled for filming never happened to me. These things happen to almost every KZbinr who goes to Egypt. I'm pretty adventurous, but will never go to Egypt.

The reason why there was a change in the temperature despite crossing the equator is because Nanyuki is on leeward side of Mt Kenya but the other towns are on the windward side of Mt Kenya therefore making them more cooler

Nanyuki has a lot of European settlers and the British army barracks hence the variety of European snacks The cold region is the Highlands of Central Kenya sandwiched between Mt.kenya and aberdare ranges

My goodness what a video enjoyed every second .. and yes as someone mentioned earlier they get more expensive but I am happy to see the great improvement in quality of the lodges as well .. my goodness my mouth is watering looking at you eat the pork chops wow they look delicious ... ! Once you get to Nairobi, i just hope you'll park the trike somewhere safe and do the content on foot. Nrb traffic is crazy especially in the cbd area. I wouldn't want to see anything bad happen to you. All the best
