I totally agree with you. Parkinson’s is a disease that never lets up. And we are due a dose of realism that some people don’t want to acknowledge. This holiday season has been a struggle from dawn till dusk!

I agree! But honestly I don’t know how else to say it. I mean i feel like if you have it you already know its kind of 💩 i also agree that you can’t always choose to be positive. Its a lot of work and not at all my default. Really good points all David ❤

Thank you for your work to help people to fight with parkinson's. Just want to add what I do that helps me a lot. 2 years ago i heard about vibrating gloves and decided to try something similar. I bought vibrating ball, peanuts, platform, and rollers and every morning do vibration to whole body. On laps, under knees, on sides, back, arms, and shoulders. The same time I hold something vibrated on hands to vibrate my fingertips. Also on feet and toes are ends of a lot of nerves, so I put vibrating peanut there too. I do it almost every morning for more than 2 hours. All that helps make my muscles to become a lot stronger and nerves connecting with brain. There is one more thing I do: on youtube is a lot of videos with parkinson's music. It vibrate the brain with 528hz frequency and I listening to it for a few hours a day, hope it helps also. Wish everyone good health and success to fight for better life.
