You can drive one at 14 in Italy as well, same for the Twizy and other "microcars" as we call 'em here. I'll be buying one as to me it makes a lot of sense for the short hops to the grocery and other places nearby where I don't often go more than 50kmh anyhow because of traffic.
@StrangerHappened

But usually, Italy is sunnier than France so more open cars or even mopeds with bodywork/basket for shopping should be more popular than in France.

@@StrangerHappened I don't really know about France but Mopeds vere quite a thing in Italy for quite some years. Don't really know nowadays, but we have a lot of diesel microcars for 14 years old teenagers, they're very expensive thought, some reaching about 10.000€ which to mee it's overly expensive. I could buy a very good example of a youngtimer car with that amount of money. The Ami in that regard is also interestingly priced.

@@riccardogranato1274 To be fair, in terms of mopeds and other open-air vehicles things are different between northern (should be similar to France in terms of style of vehicles) and southern Italy, where closed vehicles like Ami are not as necessary.

The secound: If you are a non carguy in a city and wants something different, it is really perfectly for you. And the last thing: This is maybe the most citroenish vehicle that Citroen built since the 80s. Because honestly, todays Citroens are really just boring cars ( I have to know, cause I drive one), but back then they were this strangely complex cars, that were loved because they are different paticulary by todays standards. about driving the car at 17, here we have that if u are 15 and get the licens for slow cars u can actually drive full blown tractors as well. In the old days it was for the farm boys to be able to help out, but now it is mostly remade real cars with speed caps that are driven, but that did not stop a boy from turning up to school in his dads farming tractor, that was pretty fun.

@@HeavyMetalorRockfan9 motors rated for 5kW continuous can often be overstressed to 20kW easy. The weakest part is usually the controller, because its costs scale with power. So usually it'll barely put out what it says on the box. Electric motors themselves are usually over-engineered, especially if they are not permanent magnet type. They'll die of heat, eventually.

Yes ,they ware to cheap to even put a normal logo. I bet Citroen will state that is to save weight, however considering the build "quality" , that wont stand. They littely just made 1 of several parts and run with it -1 front panel , so the car looks the same front and back ; 1 door ,so they had to reverse it on the driver's side ..... That is litteraly the most cheaplly made plastic car that i've ever seen.
