While Reddit by design exploits human psychology in order to mold, manipulate or straight up manufacture meta-narratives, TikTok basically destroys (heavily modifies/transforms in a way that can't possibly be considered not harmful from virtually any point of view) intellectual faculties of it's ardent users. I bet that people who introduced and begin to explore such concepts as "clip thinking" back in the days couldn't even imagine the sheer scope and boldness of what's happening now after introduction of this particular platform and it's rise in popularity.
