Yes, BPD & Bipolar type 2 is extremely challenging. Every Season, day, hour, and yes, minute, is like some kind of carnival ride. Spinning, up and downs, and all that is a constant occurrenc. Best wishes to everyone, and may better days and understanding help. 😽🙏

This is very stunning as it's invasive and providing so much to a lad so lost. Wow with the honesty. Great insight

I’m bipolar too. This is crazy how much this lines up with my life. The college experience was spot on (I didn’t finish). Thank you for this video!

I relate to her childhood. I have been told that my parents were tired by the time I came around, but I was the scapegoat unless I did something worth bragging about. I was told I was intelligent outside of my famiky, but nit in my family. I did go into deugs and alcohol though. I can relate though.

Bipolar 2, with massive abandonment issues. This illness sucks, it's difficult to be positive about anything at some point. When you become so aware of your tendencies and why you do what you do, it's tiring. At 38 life honestly seems unattainable, while the rest of the world continues on creating life.

Same..she pretty much just told my story. Can't tell if I'm happy that I'm not alone or sad that other people have to deal with this same hell...

Our life lines being so similar,I was struck by the way she described her family dynamics. She could not find logic in the fact that,at one point, everybody started to actively try to demean and destroy her and she had to hold on fast to whom she knew she was in order to survive. What is about us,bipolar people that triggers such strong feelings on the people around us ?Been trying to find a reason for all the toxicness of the past 48 years,in family dynamics and I guess I´ll never know the answer to that.

Wow. I sadly really relate to the abuse. Add on top of this that my mom had undiagnosed bipolar disorder my entire childhood. Even the part of a grandparent passing is the same as me. It broke me.

I am Bipolar 2 and yes it's hell..... but with my episodes I prefer Hypomania - Depressive is Hell! and too in the Spring / Summer I feel my best mentally it's the Fall & Winter I have so much depression and no drive at all - like nothing at times .... I use to rapid cycle but I haven't done that in about 6-8 months.... where my mood would go happy happy hyper hyper talk talk etc then a few days later or weeks I'd be depressed ... could be the change in my medications too which I recently got changed

I can't figure out whether I am mixed-states BP2 or BPD or both. Do you trust your intuitions more or less with either?
