Great review! I just bought a Radwagon 5 and want to purchase the BumpStop suspension seat post through your website. Please advise the exact size(Radwagon 5 does not appear to be listed?) to order as well as the shim(I see one size offered but it does not appear to be the same as what you mentioned in the video?). I feel like the accessories are more than the cost of the base bike. slick setup if you basically live on it.

I believe I removed it since then it's not really necessary

They discontinued it! It had some bad reviews out there. They recently released a new thing but it’s not quite the same :/
