I also suffer from anxiety and depression and I love that you talk about it, on the channel. It helps me a lot, since no one in my life understands where I’m coming from with it... thank you for sharing your mental health. Much love from: San Antonio, Tx ❤️

Please keep being candid and open about mental health! Folks that complain about more than likely don’t know what it’s like. Those of us that do, find solace in knowing we are normal and real. The struggle IS real and being SUPPORTIVE is helpful. ❤️ you guys!!

Some folks don't realize that life isn't all sunshine and lollipops. If they don't like you talking about mental health then they are in denial. I like your talks about anxiety, I get anxious too. Don't stop what you're doing Michelle. Whether you realize it or not you are connecting with so many of us. Loving the vlogmas and I look forward to more uploads from my fave sister duo, Michelle and Aline. Keep on keeping on girls. 😀✌

Yo that is not everyone who thinks your videos are depressing. I think you are making a difference in a lot of people's lives and shining light on realness of mental health and taking away the darkness of being alone in it. You both freaking rock and each one of you bring such a unique and refreshing spirit!! Honesty is such a beautiful thing:) Keep Shining Beautiful Women!

Aww, I love the mental health talks and how you keep things real. It helps so many people (including myself) not feel alone. And it creates a sense of community in the comments! Also, there are plenty of happy/ cheery moments in the vlogs. So if anything, I feel like you’re just being honest about the ups and downs and everything in between that comes with life!!

First of all... LOVE your vlogs!! Michelle & Aline your content is amazing. I admire both of you so much for being transparent and talking about realistic daily struggles. No one is perfect and everyone has things going on and despite the obstacles, you guys always find a way to jump out of that. Your vlogs always make me feel better about myself. (your vlogs are NOT depressing just saying)

I love your videos and I actually really appreciate hearing you say that you have bad mental health days, it makes me feel that its ok for me to also have bad mental health days! I used to feel bad about it and think that it wasn't 'normal' but hearing others talk about it makes me not feel alone. Its good to know that its ok to just feel crappy sometimes. Keep talking about mental health please! xx

I’m so so soooooooooooo happy that you guys are doing Vlogmas!!! You’re my favorite KZbinrs! Also, instead of using makeup wipes, the brand Campanelli sells face cloths called FreshFace which replace a makeup wipe but are a reusable microfiber cloth- I know they sell them on QVC but I’m not sure where else they sell them.

Mental health is extremely important and we as a society needs to remove the negative stigma associated with it. We don’t have an issue with folks talking about physical health, mental health plays a HUGE part on how our bodies feel!

Love your content guys!! :) Super excited for vlogmas! Aline, where'd you get your green sweater you're wearing in this video? It looks sooo good on you! ♥️ Oh and the comment about bad mental health days.... I wouldn't listen to them. I like it when you share that because it's really relatable to me. It's super important to share more about mental health since I feel like so often it's ignored.

I am a long time subscriber to this channel... I remember the other other vlog channel! Michelle and Aline have always been themselves and been very open about various issues Inc mental health. I do think it's best to talk about these things and that's it's not good to keep it to yourself.

I am so sorry that someone would feel the need to share that negative comment about mental health when they could just not watch? We need to normalize it more and I definitely dont think it overpowers your content. Also, just a friendly PSA, makeup wipes are sooooo terrible for your skin as they tug. I highly recommend a cleansing oil or balm to remove makeup. Love, an esthetician in training!
