Removing the flint from a disposable lighter

In this video I show you how to remove the flint from a disposable lighter (like a Bic) and put it into a refillable clipper lighter. You can use these flints in Zippo style lighters as well.

I googled "removing the flint from a disposable lighter" because I had this exact problem. My clipper just ran out of flint and I didn't have any, but I knew I had some empty lighters lying around. This was the first result. Good shit

Most spent Bic lighters still have a longer flint inside than a brand new one from zippo is.

I remove the metal thats for the safety everytime. So I have a normal BIC lighter.

if you like the old school bic round wheel did you know they are about the same size as the clipper wheel and you can switch them too.

It's a normal size flint compared to a new one and you won't hear the Clipper lighter complain. Works like a charm. 😂👍
