What a coincidence! At Christmas time, a few years ago, a coworker was needing extra money & he had a bunch of old Zippos that he’d collected (they were old, but still new in their boxes) & was selling them. I bought a couple to help him out, but literally yesterday just got the fluid for them, filled them up & was wondering about the flints. Boom, here you are with a video. Weird. The smell of the flame & the sound of the lid closing, transports me back to my childhood when my late dad used Zippos. I love it! Thanks for the video! Stay strong!!😍

Hello Mr.Brown: I have no idea if you check out the comments or not. Just want to express my condolences to you and your family and loved ones for the recent loss of your Father. I know it's tough, as I lost my Dad in 2000. Also I have enjoyed the television show and really like your whole family. You guys are cool and are really blessed to have had the ability to live life on the wild side growing up. God bless you with your current endeavors. I feel the good Lord has a whole lot of great things in store for you. You've got a lot of good stuff in life still yet coming your way. So hang in there! Just take it one day at a time. May God Bless you and keep you safe from all harm and evil always.

Hi Matt you look terrific! I am so proud of how far you came. I wish you would do a KZbin of how you used to make the animals out of the silverware. I I live in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania and when I was watching your shows when you were with your family in Alaska I saw the animal you made out of the fork and spoon. You had said you were selling them in stores in Alaska I tried to look them up couldn't find them. I hope all is well with you take care and God bless. 💙💙💙

Cool video! It brought back memories of my brother in laws always using Zippo lighters in the 60s when I was very young child. I didn't use them in the 70s we used packs of matches. I liked this video because it showed how they work and about what a flint is & how you have to replace them to keep the lighter working. Thanks for doing this video! 👍😊

Great idea for a video, Matt. I was just wondering why we usually just trash bic lighters when they’re empty when it makes more sense to just refill & reuse them. Thank you for showing me how. Keep your head up, Matt. Always know there’s people out here thinking about you & praying for you whether you’re falling down or standing strong.

Hi Friend 👋🏻 Well, it's certainly true "Everyday is a school day" I knew absolutely nada about lighters but now can see they're pretty complex! (for me not using them I had no idea) interesting how everything works though. Take care
@cris4two2 жыл бұрын
This is a great idea one question though eventhough it is more convenient to pack a bic. The reason they tell you to pack a zippo is so you have the more fluid and the chances of it getting wet are slimmer than with a regular one correct. As always live the videos and the dyi's keep the coming God and Jesus blesses all.

Hi Matt, I'm a Christian counselor and out of compassion, I wanted to respectfully pass on this info to you. What if you grew up with a father who had narcissistic personality disorder (NPD) and you became a codependent from this? You seem like the scapegoat in your family, which may be good to research if you haven't heard about these topics yet. Maybe see psychologist Ross Rosenberg and Melanie Tonia Evan's KZbin channels. It's helped a lot of my clients to learn they grew up being a victim of narcissistic abuse. Many times other family members can turn against them too and become what are termed "flying monkeys" for the narcissist. It can be tough to learn the truth about our family psychology dynamics, but once we know the specific way we're being emotionally abused, we can start a specific and powerful healing process. Blessings Always to you in your journey to enlightenment.

Hello Matt, I love your page and keep up the good work. I am worried about you because your finger nails are all white? Did you get that checked? Please go get check by a Doctor? This is what I found on the web... White nails are indicative of any or a combination of the conditions including anemia, weak nails, kidney disease, heart disease, diabetes, rheumatoid arthritis and liver disease. Whole nail whitening is generally seen in cases of kidney problems, where there is protein deficiency in the body.
