Have to chuckle at the "with trees" in story. The default in this area IS trees...lots of 'em. Any lot will probably have to be cleared of trees! Nice looking homes though.

The average lot size is 1.5 Acer and their average lot price is 250K, you can get a bigger lot and way cheaper in Republic Grand Ranch. I think RGR is a better option.

@@shanewilfon6860 Cool RGR may not be for everyone! Some of the sales people and owner of Custom homes actually themselves live in RGR. The area next to Lake Conroe is blowing up with lots of development and lots of production builders communities. It wont be long before 108 start looking more like 1488 with the amount of people that will move there. The only reason one would pick it for the reason Kyler mentioned above being closer to the lake and for school system. If you didnt like RGR, for the same amount of money I would look at High Meadows estate and Cedars in Plantersville. Both of these acerage communities are probably a better option in my opinion and Kyler has covered both of them. I think Black Oak homes, Superior homes, and Partners and Builders are some great builders in RGR.

@@tsengp7115 I was honestly distracted by how cool this sink was but I could see it being inconvenient. Good thing is this builder is fully custom, so you could put the sink wherever you’d like!
