Hello from the Northeast! I love your channel. You do such a great job. However, why are the houses being packed in so close together in lots of these new neighborhoods? They hardly have any property around them. You could practically borrow a cup of sugar by just just opening up a window. It looks like parts of Canada where they take so much of your salary that you can't afford much property. Many of these developments do not reflect the American dream. They look like a compromise so the builders can pad his or her wallet. It's quite shocking considering all the forest space they seem to be developing down in your fair state. 😇

We agree with much of what you're saying! It really ends up being the market that dictates what size lots a builder can get away with building. If builders are able to sell homes on small lots they will continue to build on smaller lots as it maximizes profit for them. However, not all neighborhoods are like this. Especially in the resale market. We are happy to help you find a place if you decide to move here, just give us a call!
