500k is high around 350 k is called affordable

New construction has gotten very expensive in the Triangle so sadly under $500,000 is now considered the "affordable" bracket relative to everything else out there, even if it seems high. There are still a lot of options in the $350,000 range though as we show in the video especially if you're looking for townhomes.
