With only 1.5 million you can buy a nice home with a large yard and then you can do renovations where you'll have 3 spacious bedrooms and a tiny guest house with its own bathroom, kitchen and sitting area , you"ll have your house fitted with one of the nicest looking furniture matching your aesthetic and you can have an office, a gym, a home theatre room, a second chill area aside from your dining room that has a roof that opens up, solar panels, a jojo tank, a pool and Wala! You'd have spent just under R4 million instead of this overpriced tiny apartment.
