To me it is giving Eye of Africa vibes or CopperLEaf, and not Steyn City. I feel Steyn City is in a league of its own; Ranger Raptor kinda development 😀. What i like about Serengeti is that the best houses are not for sale, which probably means people are happy to build and live there.

Yes there are shopping centres nearby there's also a club house and restaurant within the estate. There closest hospitals are are about 20 min away. And it's also close to OR Thambo International airport. It's also isolated from the hustle and bustle of Joburg but easy access routs if you need to get somewhere it a very good place to consider if you are a person who loves their privacy.
