They fleecing buyers. That's the price of a mansion in a nice estate. The rent is like R30k...so if you buy it's R8 million plus another 10k in rates and levies every month...insane

R8 million? With only 1.5 million you can buy a nice home with a large yard and then you can do renovations where you'll have 3 spacious bedrooms and a tiny guest house with its own bathroom, kitchen and sitting area , you"ll have your house fitted with one of the nicest looking furniture matching your aesthetic and you can have an office, a gym, a home theatre room, a second chill area aside from your dining room that has a roof that opens up, solar panels, a jojo tank, a pool and Wala! You'd have spent just under R4 million instead of this overpriced tiny apartment.
