Great Video and the use of Google Earth, How is the nightlife there? any one area if you are looking for Bars or Nightclubs with rock bands. I am retired but pretty much do the same thing as I did in high school so the 55 communities are no good unless they have many younger Gen X. I need to be near the beach and main towns for concerts. Are there HOAs with planed activities there Pools etc? I have booked a week in October in the Sait Pete / Tampa area to check out...

Nice tour! It would be good if you would also show more of the street view of the houses (vs. the aerial view) as well as commercial areas and schools.

Westchase used to be an affordable, planned community. It's so far out from everything, I don't know why it's so expensive now
