Thank you for this video, very informative. 😊. Would be great if you can do a video with the average rent in Mississauga. Thank you.

Not a bad list. There are a few more to mention: the Mississauga Road strip, LakeView, detached home areas of Sheridan and Clarkson. Old Derry road is nice as well.

I find this video very informative and appreciate your thorough explanation. I plan to move to Toronto, Canada with my family, which includes 2 adults and a 7-year-old child. I am looking to rent a house, preferably a condo in a gated community with nearby schools, grocery stores, and public transport. My budget is within $2,000. As I will be new to the country, I don't have a specific area in mind, but I prefer not to live in a secluded area. It would be ideal if the school has a high rating and the neighborhood has a strong Indian community presence. Can you please help me with this?

You wont even find a 2 bedroom condo in the GTA for 2k per month let alone an entire house. Add another 4k to your budget and thats a good ballpark

Great video. Love my city. It would be great if you could do a highlight video on Cooksville area and not just Square One.

I like the house with 6 bathrooms that would only be good for someone that has big family or lots of guests over. Better too many bathrooms than just one or two bathrooms.

It may looks good to live, but it has a long time history in 1979 when a train carrying chemicals and highly flammable freight cars derailed due to hotbox getting too much heat causing a fire and derailing the train

If you like to swing your full hands around while you speak, could you at least lose all the jangly keys? Also, please remember, we're in Canada - it's spelled "neighbourhoods." :)

@@MrMichaelBradfield maybe Canadaian real estate should say, House for sale only to foreign Investors. Local Canadians, stay away, you aren't worth it. 😜
@MrMichaelBradfield2 жыл бұрын
yes more or less -- local Canadians don't earn that much, what is happening is influx of new commers to Canada, many do make at least 100k each so a couple living together can easily earn 200+k per year and yes they can afford a 1 million house (most indians and chinese will not purchase 1 million house, instead opt for house in Brampton, Mississauaga for Indians, and richmondhill for Chinese) I run a software consulting company, all my employees earn at least $80 CAD per hour plus benefits and all are new immigrants from India mostly, a few from eastern europe, a few arabs, iranians

@@MrMichaelBradfield 100k - Taxes . Eventually they get tied up to lifetime Mortgage. 30-35year mortgage. No one guarantees that they will have the same same for next 10years.. forget 30 years from now . Canadian real estate is a trap, both for locals and immigrants. Sad part is that those canadien adults who just finished their university can't afford to live alone, pay their bills etc. Still have to reach out to their parents for $$$ .
