This is exactly what I was looking for. I love the myths told as actual stories, not just recitations of plot points. Thank you.

I love how everyone's always calling Loki the trickster God when really the end of the day. Loki never does anything that doesn't get himself another serious amount of trouble like he always gets caught. He barely ever gets away by the skin of his teeth. Yet you have Odin here going through story after story of him using his wits and his guile to basically get everything he wants and end at the end of the day. Sits on the throne and just like yep I am still the king

@@livingmythology1405 I wonder if you have heard of the Bock Saga ? I would love to see a video on that. There's a fictional version and a nonfiction version by Carl Borgen .. It's a fascinating Saga about the origins of mankind, the North Pole, the Ragnaroks etymology, and the changes that happened as a result of the Ragnarok. Atlantis (all land ice) and the continuation of mankind by domestication of animals and cultivation of agriculture. Like I said it's fascinating. I am convinced that there is much truth in the Bock Saga. I would love to watch a video and I am sure your viewers would enjoy it as well. Thank you for this channel. I thoroughly enjoy your work and I have learned great things from it.

If we can work out a way to stay afloat and do that, we will. We just don't know about spotify and most state its just about sponsorships. We won't get any of those as its so niche and not particularly popular. Sorry again.

I truly enjoy the production and performance of these stories, and I am excited at each new upload. One bit of feedback regarding the writing though. "And yet" is a phrase that is starting to be really overused in your writing. Hopefully you can vary your narrative a little more in future uploads.

obviously ODin the ALL FATHER ! was not ALL KNOWING! so Not a GOD: He was A Mighty King of the North! As you know the First gods were named after planets and Weather ! So the kings who described themselves as god also represented one of these icons and became the avatar hence STROM GOD THOR! suplanting his father (ZEUS) his father (ODIN(Chronus))!

From my understanding, Odin is where we get the day named Wednesday. (WOdinsday). Just like Thursday is Thorsday. Connected to the planets, Wednesday is Mercury’s day. Thursday is Jupiter’s day. So, I’ve associated Odin with Mercury. In Greek mythology, Hermes is associated with Mercury. Jupiter with Zeus. It’s just all so fascinating!
