Your curtain by the kitchen sink is genius. I love the idea of kitchen towels as a curtain... by the sink. Milo is adorable, cool little spot on that pillow for him to look out.

Funny how the pups love sitting near a window and watching the world go by outside. Great use of kitchen towels as curtains, that will make throwing them in a washer for cleaning easy. Looks like a great use of space in that front compartment Lou. Glad your enjoying that new rig!!.

Love the curtain solution you guys. PS I spy a Wander Squad sticker 8) That same issue with the circuit breaker on our friend Norm and Sandy's Durango as well when something flipped the switch during transit. Great storage ideas, so much space.

Loved the outside carpet on the steps. The creativity of your curtains are really cool. They look great. It is surprising that there are no plugs in the dinning area. Milo did a great job. Mary 💞 Fred

Obviously, I found the Part Two. Definitely on our short list. I notice that you do not have a slide cover. Have you considered that to protect the top of the slide from sun, rain etc? I installed two and I’d recommend having someone do it but it was very affordable and a great upgrade. Inexpensive too. Thank you!

@@Factsmatter626 Something else to break. Haven’t needed a slide cover in 20 years of RVing, but everything is a trade-off. Personal preference rules. Lou

Hey Lou! Does the solar keep up with the charging of the batteries enough for the fridge and your laptop usage? Are all of your outlets hooked up to the invertor? Great video...as usual!
@LivingOurDreamNow Жыл бұрын
The solar keeps the batteries charged the way we consume energy when dry camping. Our fridge is electric/propane (by design) so when we dry camp most of the energy needed for the fridge is powered by propane. The all-electric fridges will zap your batteries while dry camping. All of the 110 outlets are hot while dry camping. Lou

Hi Lou, longtime sunscriber here. Love your videos. Just stumbled on this video. My Kz durango is 'solar wire prepped' and i do have the xantrex 2000watt inverter that power's my residential frig and only two outlets in kitchen. Looking to install solar and get all my outlets working. My question is ,what is that breaker box mounted on the ceiling of your pass thru storage? Is that for the circuits that are ran by your xantrex inverter? Just trying to figure out what i need for this project. Thanks.
@LivingOurDreamNow12 күн бұрын
The circuit breaker box mounted on the ceiling of the pass through is for the 110 volt circuits going back to the main fuse box in the RV. If cargo accidently turns either breaker off, you'll loose 110 volt power in part of the RV. These breakers will disrupt shore power as well as inverter power going to the main RV fuse box. It took me about an hour of troubleshooting to figure out why I lost power in the rear of the RV and shifting cargo was the culprit. I now strap loose cargo down that may bump up against these breakers. Lou

Thankyou for the reply. Like I said, since i don't have solar(just prewired), I don't have that breaker box. My wires(output) come out of my xantrex end up at my residential frig and two outlets by the stove. Gonna have to do some more investigating to find out what happens between those two points. Thanks again.
