I got terrible whiplash in a horrible accident crushed between two cars. My hypothalamus was damaged. Not one doctor knew about the slow death of a dying hypothalamus. I figured it out myself what was wrong with me. I was dying a slow death. Now I sit in the sun everyday and slight sungaze. Virtex for nat hormones. Ashwaganda, chaste tree berry, and more. 5 years I finally got validated from my. New doctor. Hypothalamus damage. Bleeding gums and receding gums. Heart, severe nausea, vision, potassium deficiency. Hospitality twice for 8 bags of potassium. Constipation and so much more horror. Aqueous humor. Take potassium supplements for life. So much more.

True...its a shame and a real pity but its their loss not hers...the truth always wins...Ideally she should be conferred a Nobel Prize for her contribution to humanity and saving lives through naturopathy...India is the home of Ayurveda, Yoga and Naturopathy and she would have been a perfect fit here ....If she was in India we would treasure her and her work would be recognised by the Government of India with the civilian honor Padma Shri Award by the Government of India for her outstanding contribution and knowledge.

What a beautiful illustration of human health and hormone balance. This talk is perfectly timed, as I have been considering microdosing bioidentical HRT. After almost 20 years on birth control pills and a decade of high stress, my endocrine system was left dysfunctional. But now I can try Wild Yam cream and see if it produces good results. As a natural health clinician, I would prefer that as a treatment.

yeah sadly these people are not as informed as they think. What about the life threatening conditions from estrogen plummeting. For me, oxygen saturation and sleep apnea are my post menopause/ hysterectomy developments. Things are much improved for the topical estrogen I am now on. The alternative a cpap machine. Women need to work on electrolyte and mineral balance and drop the junk and bad carbs and sugar. helps alot too.

I learn for the simple joy and thrill of understanding A&P 1st on a cellular level, to then be equipped to address a concern on a whole body level, as well as having the privilege and capacity in understanding this created world, our part in its creation as humans, and God’s intention for us while we are yet here. He made everything for us to thrive and ailments are not His intention for us: I fully believe and am adopting this notion more and more. I thank Him for impressing it upon my mind. Long story, short, DH had an ever-increasing PSA.... various meds over the years.... and ebmnded up with a TURP (actually two in the same year because not enough prostate tissue was removed. UGH. Poor guy had to have a catheter for six months (changed at 4-6 weeks). Would love to hear Miss Barbara's thoughts on alternatives to testosterone--for males especially, but also women. Progesterone?? I absolutely love Barbara. I watch her videos everyday. On this one however, she is not on point. The study that she refers to on women has been proven to be flawed. MANY that participated were ABOVE the normal age of menopausal women, the hormones used were not what is commonly used now, etc..... I do not fully disagree but I understand that several of her points are misguided. PS this is the 1st video that has any information that I've disagreed with or even doubted!! And I watch A LOT💖

What about the combined pills that also contain progesterone and low dose estrogen? I would like to learn more about bc pill risk vs benefit. Mainstream doctors just say it's safe forever.

5th grade. I had boobies also. Had premenstrual cramps started in 4th grade. Doctors didn't know anything and gave .me sugar pills. All iy needed was aspirin. I was so sick each month I had to walk home with the cramps each month. Doctors have failed me even today.
