I just clicked on this. This lady, Barbara O' Neill, is on point. Everyone else is seemingly just wants to sell their products or get clicks. I love her expertise on hair growth remedies. I'm 70, I kept my natural hair plaited under wigs, but didn't realize that it was the wigs that was causing my edges to get shorter😮. Now I need help on getting my edges back to growning again😩 and I'm allergic to Rosemary oil, and I heard it's great for hair growth. I'm quite sure age itself plays a part in this also. Sign: Help with temple Growth, THANKS BARBARA, ☺️👍

I'm with you there! My first viewing! She appears to follow her own advice....look at her figure and her hair!! For an old woman, I got the figure, but my hair is long and thin!! I can't afford the pricey stuff....so, I do the best I can! That's all we can do! Ans stay close to the Lord....He is the reason I'm still here, and healthy, and through my unpleasant circumstances, He is my joy, peace and comfort! There is none like Yeshua/Jesus the Messiah! He's way cool because He can walk on water....the water that He made!!! But, all that grease/oil in the hair....she said wash it down the drain....I wouldn't do that! Oil, especially coconut oil, hardens and will cause major plumbing issues....it's why I'm careful about slathering on the oil....we got enough problems! 😆 Anyway it's my first viewing of this very interesting lady.... Wonderful! I can tell you that scalp massages and hair oiling really work. I have done this consistently for 6 months and I am seeing great results. I apply a similar mixture as mentioned to my scalp once a week, let it sit for 2-4 hours and then double cleanse with shampoo and deep condition thereafter. I have curly so, detangling is a must. For those with curly hair, take your time when detangling and ensure you have a conditioner with good slip. Also protect your hair when sleeping (silk bonnet/scarf and or silk pillow case).

Because copper and zinc have to balance each other.

Red Light Therapy helps with hair growth. Red light provides oxygen and nitrogen to the body. It also increases blood flow and circulation. Theres an old book about Color Light and Color Therapy that talks all about it. Don’t buy an expensive RLT Laser Hat that’s $400+, just buy a 6 pack of red LED bulbs for $12, put one in a lamp that can focus and aim it at your head 20 minutes every day. You can do it for longer but listen to your body, it may give you signs of discomfort if you do it too long. Try this, you have nothing to lose.

Thank you for all of your advice. I have a problem with getting anything into my stomach because every acid additive BURNS my mouth and throat a lot. Things like diluted apple cider vinegar and cayenne pepper. I will try the lemon juice, but will need to dilute it. I don't have meal "times" (no schedule). I snack all day because when I was 18, waiting five hours between meals made me weak. I went to the clinic and had a five hour GTT (glucose tolerance test) which returned as 45 mg%, which they told me was NORMAL. However, I was shivering and totally miserable. I decided to just eat small meals frequently so I wouldn't feel weak between meals. This worked great until now, at age 78, I have a lot of diagnoses that have the same symptoms: TIREDNESS. Your suggestions are reasonable and I'll try what I can afford. My hair is brittle now and greatly reduced in volume. My father and his mother were bald.

Balance your gut and the hair will regrow. Fast. Eat foods with digestive enzymes like yogurt and bananas. Pro and prebiotics. Celery juice. Lemon water and apple cider vinegar. Raw milk and colostrum for the leaky gut. Stay clear of processed foods and stop drinking tap water. Use distilled water and real spring water. Make smoothies and or juice with a juicer. try ginger and turmeric teas. Swish coconut or olive oil in the mouth for at least 5 to 10 minutes AFTER brushing your teeth for beneficial bacteria in the mouth which makes to to the stomach and aids digestion.

@@hollandgem2 this is actually horrible for hair. baking soda is super alkaline and our hair and skin are slightly acid. the best pH for hair products is around 4.5. the baking soda will dry out your hair and won't remove dirt as it is not like soap. vinegar is good if diluted, bc it is very acidic. better to use a gentle shampoo that is as close to natural as possible! i am saying this from experience. bs ruined my hair.

I want to try this! Since the coconut oil is a solid does it have to be melted first? Should I use the liquid fractionated coconut oil? Any suggestions are appreciated 😍

Any kind of coconut oil will work. If you mash it with the castor oil is fine. Just apply with fingers to roots.

They have put so much fluoride in the water that it causes an iodine deficiency so I agree to the use of iodine also I tried to collect rainwater and use that for washing my hair

Should I be washing my hair after every time I sweat? I’ve heard washing hair everyday is stressful for the hair. But I also heard a scalp/hair doctor say we should wash our hair every time we sweat. And I’ve read Ellen White wrote she just washed her hair with soft water. But I have hard water and I sweat 6 days a week out in the sun. And I also have dry hair and my scalp starts to stink after about 4 days of not washing.

Olive oil with fresh garlic and red onions in a jar and leave them in a dark place for at least 10 days then apply on scalp. It amazingly works to get thick hair. You hair will grow faster. Don't worry about the smell just put some coffee in the shampoo and wash your hair.
