UPDATE: Apparently some friends of ours are the one's who rebuild the stone cairn every year. They said they look forward to rebuilding it after the flood. They swim out and rebuild it in memory of friends, family, and pets. Love this town! -H

I just recently found ur channel. I used to live in Livingston as a kid and made a trip back in 2015, but I wasn't able to really look around. Thank u for taking me around again. Wish we could talk more about it but listening to ur commentary is just as good.

Hello again! Thank you for the nice walk. I do not remember if I had mentioned that my father helped make the big white fish on the side of the hill in Livingston when he was Highschool age. Also, I heard a while back that they might have a passenger train stop once again in Livingston. Have you heard anything of that. We traveled to Livingston every year, and a lot of time by train until they no longer stopped in Livingston and turned the station into a museum. I have a large 1895 photo of Livingston train station with an old steam engine stopped in front of it. I offered to donate it to the museum, but they never responded. That was about 12 years ago. We look forward to more of your walks though Livingston!

HI Star, I don't think you did mention that. What a cool tie to local history. As for passenger rail, it's been mentioned as a possibility in a recent study done by Amtrak but it's years away from any kind of decision. It sure would be cool to have that option again. Thanks for the great comment. I'd love to see that photo sometime. -H
