Hello Walkers. We are back in the USA. It's been awhile since I filmed for the channel since I had so many walks from Italy to post. But it's summer time and the living is easy. I thought I'd start out giving you an updated tour of my little town on the Yellowstone River. No Dutton family here. Just us locals. It's a beautiful day with just a bit of clouds and wind as is usual for June here. We start downtown and I show you some fun things to do in Livingston. Then we head east a bit into a residential neighborhood and past the Lincoln School gardens and the Shane Lelani Center for the Arts. Then it's down past the High School, the skate park where they are filming a movie, past the lagoon, the civic center, miles park bandshell and to the river. I hope you enjoy this treadmill virtual walking tour.
A big thanks to all of you who have signed up for Patreon or given a one time donation via Paypal. It really helps.
I'm trying a different camera setup today and I like the footage but the audio has some problem solving to work out. Thanks for your patience.
Be sure to check out the website for searchable walks by location and run time.

Thanks, Henry! I miss Montana! If you ever hear of a goofy lady that left her car running at the train depot in Livingston, who went inside the museum, lol, leaving the car to over heat.....with the fire department coming to tend to it..... THAT was me! I hang my head in shame! LOL! Well, I parked in the parking lot of the train museum and in my excitement, I saw a train was coming through. Like an airhead, I quickly hopped out to film it and (Lol) left the car running (I couldn't hear the car, in my defense. ha!)! Then I just took my ole sweet time browsing the museum! What a dork I am! SMH.....BUT....I got some good footage of the train!! LOL This was a fantastic video! I absolutely love Livingston! If my brother hadn't have moved to Bigfork, that would have been my pick of places to live. If you and Mel wouldn't mind taking a look at what I do with Montana pine needles, that would thrill me! I built a website and stuck my hobby on a few of the pages: www.voicesinheaven.com/montana-ponderosa-pine-needle-baskets I have a couple pages of the ones I've sold. Tell me what you think, maybe. :) Thanks again for doing this Livingston video. It is definitely a place I plan to revisit...maybe bump into you all and Dennis Quaid! Hee

haha. The silly things we do. I hope your car wasn't damaged in anyway. Not even remotely the silliest thing that has happened around here. You create some lovely baskets, especially with the turquoise worked in. And the patterning is really wonderful. I'll pin this post so maybe people can see the link. -H

@CityWalks You're kind, thanks!! Well, I did have to go to an automotive store up the road for more coolant, but I think🤔 that's it. Thank goodness! Yes, it was a silly move on my part. BTW, I remember close to Livingston was the motel used in the movie, Horse Whisperer. I stopped by there too and the kind lady showed me the room Robert Redford used in the scene. Kinda cool

My mom and her mom ( Audrey and Mary Bailey) lived at the house on 314 W Geyser St. My father's parents Alvin and Lessie Rome lived on S. 2nd street. the last residential property before the pool that has 2 houses on it. Hello Henry, Just found your channel by accident. I was looking for videos of the Twin Falls Idaho area and you had one that you did about 3 years ago. We have been thinking about retiring there which is fast approaching. Also enjoyed this video of what sounds like is your hometown. Great looking town. Don't think I could acclimate to the Montana winters after spending a large part of my life where it stays around 100 degrees for large portions of the year. Getting some Ideas of towns to visit. Keep up the great work. :)

Hello Henry. Thanks for this walk. Always nice to revisit Livingston. Maybe I'm wrong , but Livingston seems like an excellent example of a what smaller town can be when it welcomes and supports the arts. Having bookstores and art galleries really elevates a town.
