@@lazarogarcia2243 Yes, It was created for them; not for us which are created in his image. We being body, spirit and soul: The body goes back to dust; the spirit returns to the father, our soul is what lives for ever since it was the breath of life from GOD which is ever lasting. Therefore, when one gets judged by Christ; if found guilty; one will also be cast onto this place "hell" which was created for the devil and his fallen angels. not us. :)

When I read the bible all I see is a murderous, sadistic, jealous God that is obsessed with the death penalty so much that he decided that because 2 humans made a mistake that every human to come after would have to burn in hell, he is so loving that he killed all the first born children in a whole city and sent wild animals to hunt down and rip to shreds others. He drowned a whole army that was in pursuit of the Israelites, you can say that this was justified because the Egyptian king had a hardened heart but it was God that had hardened his heart in the first place. He helped Jepthah to slaughter the ammonites then forcing him to give his only daughter as a burned sacrifice. This is not the kind of God I would describe as loving and merciful and I would hate to live in a universe where he exists and I’m glad I don’t.

@@hollyyeomans4694 Everyone is going to Hell because everyone, individually, breaks the Law. The firstborn were the last of The Plagues, of which there were 10. The Plagues served to show that the gods that the Egyptians worshiped were false, because each Plague represented one False God. Also the Egyptian Pharaoh AND his people had been condoning and enforcing the slavery and slaughter of Israelites for about 400 years, remember why Moses was sent to the river? The Pharaoh had ordered the deaths of Israelite babies to cull their numbers. Those who survived the persecution like Moses were surely among very few. So when God does the same, and only on one night, it's not injustice, it's punishment for things they had done way before God claimed to have hardened the Pharaos heart. Him and his people were getting what they deserved from the Highest Judge, God. And it was all to free the Israelites, who were enslaved. The Ammonites were not nice people. They were pagans, sacrificed children by fire, warred against the Israelites, killed pregnant women deliberately, they were cruel indeed. They were not victims when the Israelites won the war, they had it coming. Jephthah's daughter wasn't burned, the Bible doesn't say that she was sacrificed, and God had said that human sacrifice is such an abomination that it hadn't even crossed His mind: Deuteronomy 12:31: You must not worship the LORD your God in their way, because in worshiping their gods, they do all kinds of detestable things the LORD hates. They even burn their sons and daughters in the fire as sacrifices to their gods. Deuteronomy 18:9-12: When you enter the land the LORD your God is giving you, do not learn to imitate the detestable ways of the nations there. Let no one be found among you who sacrifices his son or daughter in the fire...Anyone who does these things is detestable to the LORD, and because of these detestable practices the LORD your God will drive out those nations before you. and its practice is described as evil: 2 Kings 16:3: He walked in the ways of the kings of Israel and even sacrificed his son in the fire, following the detestable ways of the nations the LORD had driven out before the Israelites. Psalm 106:38: They shed innocent blood, the blood of their sons and daughters, whom they sacrificed to the idols of Canaan, and the land was desecrated by their blood. Jeremiah 19:4-5: For they have forsaken me and made this a place of foreign gods; they have burned sacrifices in it to gods that neither they nor their fathers nor the kings of Judah ever knew, and they have filled this place with the blood of the innocent. They have built the high places of Baal to burn their sons in the fire as offerings to Baal - *something I did not command or mention, nor did it enter my mind* The daughter was more than likely "sacrificed" by being devoted to serving God. The passage says that the daughter was sad because she could not marry, which is not what I would be sad about if I was to be burned alive. It's probably more like Exodus 22:29-30 where firstborn are to "be offered to God" but that didn't mean they were killed, they were redeemed and very much alive in body and mind. They served God in their life, that's what it means.

The guy is ready to receive Jesus. This is why believers need to grow in the "gifts of the spirit" spoken in 1 Corinthians 12-14. The gifts are tools to demonstrate God's power from supernatural into the natural but the church is oblivious to this. Even Paul says 1 Corinthians 12:1 "Now concerning the spiritual gifts, brethren, I don't want you to be ignorant".

Most? I think that's true for many atheists and probably most atheists in the KZbin comments section but that's really not a representative cross section of atheists. In fact, I think that's what one SHOULD do in a debate. If you think the religionist has a really good point that seems like it actually proves his/her point and you don't know what to do, listen very carefully, ask him or her to explain in great detail so you really understand, while completely trying to give him the benefit of the doubt. If she's right, you want to know it. But when you do that, it's never long before the flaw in the argument becomes apparent. And of course I have to point out that the number of religious people who really listen is less than 100%. In fact, I'd wager it was less than the percentage of atheists but maybe that's my bias.

He thinks his goodness is absolute and enough to save himself. How about a monk. Is a monk's goodness better than his, maybe. We as humans can't use our goodness as a ticket into heaven because who are we to say it is enough, we are not God. If we made the universe we can say what is enough. God is the only one to say what is enough because he made the universe and what's in it. So He gets to make the determination. Goodness then becomes a product of being saved not a ticket into His kingdom. Our determinate ticket will always come out short since we did not make this universe.

We christian believe the bible as the infallible word of God. Everything he spoke about was in the bible. You need to study the bible. Hell is not a threat but consequences of sin. Again it is not a threat but a warning. Shouting is to call or cry out loudly and vigorously. I may agree with you that he shouting but the bible does say to shout see the verses below. Comfort and the overweight man where having a conversation. >>>Cry aloud, spare not, lift up thy voice like a trumpet, and show my people their transgression>And the master said to the servant, ‘Go out to the highways and hedges and compel people to come in, that my house may be filled

And if they're really proud then they'll want scientific proof of God, but they won't find that either because science is limited to only physical proof.

@@Alpha4tech296 The spectrum has two ends: Atheism and Theism. 1. Agnosticism is just a subcategory of the spectrum, representing somewhere in the middle but can lean to either belief or disbelief. 2. You can't be strictly 'agnostic' as a pure grey area position: a lack of concern about whether God exists still presupposes you either do or don't believe, which sends you to either atheist or theist - that's why agnostic is a subcategory. 3. A human has many subconscious processes that can be influenced by held or even deeply repressed beliefs - "I don't care either way" regarding religious belief can't tell the whole story with how complicated our psychology is. The human mind is constantly constructing and deconstructing meaning in life - meaning/purpose built without God in the equation is atheistic regardless of neutral stance. Contradictions of course occur within interpretations/meanings because of this. 4. There are agnostic atheists and agnostic theists. All that means is you either believe or don't, and specifically claim you can't or won't try to prove either way. Both extreme ends of the spectrum are such because they're compelled to prove they're right, making them not agnostic.

Not really if you think about probabilities. If you take all the letters necessary to write Romeo and Juliet and put them in a bowl, then shook the bowl and tossed the letters onto a table, and do that for eternity, there is a statistical chance that in one of those tosses the letters will land on the table arranged in the order of the book of Romeo and Juliet. Same thing with dna. If the necessary components for dna are available, there’s a statistical chance that eventually they will combine to become a human. The street preachers argument is intimidating for someone on the streets who is not prepared, but in reality doesn’t hold up against a good counter argument.

@@Argiue I wasn't picking a fight either, I honestly do think it makes sense so I was curious if maybe I wasn't processing it correctly. Well, Ray compares DNA to a book: it has a sequential order and is full of coherent information (DNA contains all the information for the construction of all organs and tissues your body will have from the moment you were conceived. That is actually pretty mindblowing). In the same way it would be crazy to think a book (also with sequential order, structure and coherent information) created itself (or was just put together out of nothing), it is nonsensical to believe human DNA was created out of random natural processes. If there is this evident order in DNA, then there must have been an intelligent being who created it. Does that make sense? Would you say that's a good argument?

@@dulcelopez5454 Ok, I get you point now. However, I don't think it is correct. Just to clarify, I'm studying sciences myself (altho not the normal atheïst type associated with that). The thing is that video's exist that explain these kinds of questions. Also explain how something as sofisticated as the human eye could posibly have come from evolution. I think it's important to note that natural selection has had an insane amount of time to get to where we are now (and changes can even be noted in a time span of 100years in certain species/..) That being said, I'm not 100% saying some kind of Being could not be involved in the process. This is the part where I'm not an atheïst. I always just have this feeling that certain things tend to happen for a reason. Ofc that doesn't mean anything by itself, but who knows. I'm not a fan of any religion tho. I get how it can help people by providing them a community, but well, religion has prob achieved as much bad as it has good & does't have logical origins ( as far as I'm aware). There's a very simple answer to this man's reasonable objection. The Bible is not speaking merely of the death of the body. It's speaking of spiritual death. The second part of the verse he references states "The Gift of God is eternal life through Jesus Christ our Lord." Now, if this man's premise were carried out to its logical conclusion, then those who accept God's gift of "eternal life" would never physically die. But that's obviously not what happens. So the verse is either a complete lie (which is the opposite of what this guy is claiming in his objection) or the same definition for life and death must be used for both parts of the verse. If eternal life is not eternal "physical" life, then the death that is referenced in the first part cannot be understood to be physical death. You don't need to be a person of faith to understand this. You simply need to apply logic.

In the end, all religion is is a way for ignorant people who want to find “answers” to what truly lies beyond our barriers-in the psychological and physical world. Though illogical and pathetic beliefs like these exist in our world, they’re usually rendered useless in the end. Have you ever tried asking a Christian how they know their god is real? Typical answer usually is “Because it says so in the Bible” how pathetic 😂 but you see, if faith helps people live a happier life, then so be it. Live how ever you want if it makes you happy! :)

“Death entered the earth through the sin of Adam and Eve.” This is an explanation straight from the New Testament clearly speaking of physical death because it “entered the world.” Spiritual death doesn’t happen on earth because it’s presumed that heaven and hell are in a spiritual dimension not accessible through a physical state. Unless you are willing to say that if we explore deep enough NASA or whoever could find heaven or hell, and I’m willing to bet you would not agree to that. Therefore it’s irresponsible of your interpretation to say “actually this verse right here refers to a spiritual death” when another verse is clearly speaking of it as the actual physical death. It’s an interpretation that you need to make in order to fit in your own logic, but it is not consistent with other verses in the Bible.

This is a bit long; but if you feel compelled to read it, follow on. The truth is absolute; we can have discussion and debate but there can only be 1 truth. Duality of life. Hot/cold. Good/evil. Something/nothing. Light/Dark. Truth/lie. If you do not have the truth what you are left with is a lie. Jesus said (John 14:6) “I am the way, THE TRUTH and the life, and no man comes to the Father but by me”. This is another reason Jesus said “I am the way”. Jesus is the absolute. The only way, Because all other ways contrary to the truth have to be a lie. There can only be 1 truth. There is only 1 God. If you don’t believe in God presently you can admit there is an absolute and with that an inherent duality. Love or hate. Duality. Truth or lie. Plus/minus. Up/down. One or the other. God is love, if you don’t have God you are left with an inherent hate for God and that is the truth because love is of God. If you don’t have the light all you have is darkness. If you don’t have ‘the way’ you are lost. There is 1 God. 1 truth. 1 absolute. 1 way. There is no grey area. With God (heaven) or without God (hell). Hell by definition is eternal separation from God. Heaven is love, joy, happiness, all the good things that are of God. Hell is all the negatives that are not, anger, depression, shame, guilt, revenge, rage, suffering etc. holy or unholy. Righteous or unrighteous. Hope this sheds some light for anyone reading. God bless you in Jesus name, hallelujah amen.

Agreed. I am a Christian and have been frustrated by this myself. But I think some people come on and purposefully fill the comment section with truly vile and disgusting things. Perhaps this is why. And sometimes, less informed Christians come in and undo or make a situation worse, and since they don't have time to spend their life on you tube comments, they just about it. Still, it's a control issue either way and they need to trust God through all of it and stop trying to control so much. If God gives freedom for all those things, I guess we should too. 😍

Jonathan Roberts Yes, Jesus paid the ultimate price for our sins on the Cross so that we don't have to reap what our just punishment is. However, after trusting in Christ alone for our Salvation, we must also not keep on sinning as if it is okay to sin. Obviously, none of us are perfect, and sometimes end up sinning again.. that's why we must confess to God our sins and repent of it, ask for His Forgiveness and the Precious Blood of Jesus cleanses us. Jesus said in 2 Corinthians 12:9 'My Grace is sufficient for you, for My Power is made perfect in weakness.' In Romans 2:4‭-‬6 it talks about repentance - Or do you show contempt for the riches of his kindness, forbearance and patience, not realizing that God’s kindness is intended to lead you to repentance? But because of your stubbornness and your unrepentant heart, you are storing up wrath against yourself for the day of God’s wrath, when his righteous judgment will be revealed. God “will repay each person according to what they have done.”

When I studies Quantum Physics it solidified my understanding of God. It gave me a perspective outside of the realm of what I know and where God is. The problem with Atheists is the are their own god making determinations of what is considered good. The problem with that someone else can up the ante of goodness and say your good is not good enough or as good as mine. Goodness, purity, and absolute must be outside the realm of what we know because science is the study of how corrupt we are. Which is why a pure God in the form of a human had to save from ourself since He is the only one who is absolute pure in goodness.

We were never designed to resist sin or TRY to be holy. We were designed with empowerment to be holy through connection with our creator. As man fell then man attempted to be holy without the connection to our creator. We ALL clearly fell short. This is why we ALL needed a Savior. Now we lean on his righteousness as our reconnection to our creator. This connection allows all of us to NATURALLY WITHOUT EFFORT BY WAY OF EMPOWERMENT to be holy. This leaves no room for any one person to boast on their "good works". Therefore leaving all who accept the Savior to simply be grateful, empowered, and effective in introducing others to this wonderful Savior. We truly are only saved by Grace. Holiness is simply the result of being connected to our empowerment which is the Father by way of the blood of Jesus shed on the cross. Let God be true and every man a liar. We are to lean on our saviors righteousness not our own as we have proven time and time again we can't succeed hence the reason why we all needed a Savior.

This man should be letting the man with the hat on know that he's loved unconditionally and let that reality do it's work. It's the goodness of the Lord that causes repentance. Romans 2:4. So simply introduce this man to the good news aka the Gospel that we are now treated as righteousness people by our father if we accept and believe that the Father loved us so much that he sent us Jesus (Savior) to do what we couldn't. Step 1 accept your new identity which is not based on "your works" but the saviors works. Step 2. Don't allow anyone to deter you from this truth. Step 3. God will do the rest. He's good at his job so let him work. We just rest and receive the benefits. I know it sounds too good to be true. But that's how much our Creator loves us. It goes beyond intellect and reasoning. It's truly u unconditional love. LOVE WITHOUT CONDITIONS!

He has read the bible 11 times. Reading it is like looking at a 3D picture (popular in walls a few years back) that looks like nothing but colors swirling around. One can explain what's in the photo but until you see it yourself the images are hidden. Reading the bible without the Holy Spirit is like that. Ask and receive.

The truth is that most Christians do similar things to what the guy above does. Judge you all day and when you explain Jesus’ views on judging others they come up with an ‘elaborate’ way out of this little problem. At the end of the day Jesus tells you not to judge others and when you point out ones sins (sex out of marriage) etc you are, by the definition of the word, judging. PS Gods love and wrath are terrifying as he sent 2 bears to kill 42 children for making fun of a bald man

Walker Dienert he did not judge the agnostic. The agnostic judged himself. It took someone else pointing it out for him to see clearly. Judge: form an opinion or conclusion about. The street preacher asked him questions, he did not judge him. The agnostic judged himself whenever he answered the questions.

Sir Ben that is where you are wrong... before the creation of the universe or "the big bang" happened NOTHING existed no space, no matter, and no time. So think of it this way imagine an explosion that occured from nothing and it doesn't disappear or fade away it just keeps expanding and the explosion gave way to space chunks where no life should have existed but it did. Maybe that was too complex, imagine a nuclear bomb exploding without any chemical reaction to create it and instead of disappearing it just kept expanding for billions and billions of years. That was how rare the big bang was. It doesn't even factor in how our planets were perfectly far enough to support life where no life should have existed in the first place or how DNA is so complex even scientists believe before evolving to what we currently are now it was like a grand design perfectly tugging the right strings at the right moment to create us... don't believe me? For the big bangs explosion to occur everything had to just be the perfect timing and the speed of the explosion had to be just right or else 1/18000000000000 hundredth of a second too slow and what would have happened next would have been called "the big crunch" which is where the big bangs gravity would have collapsed in on itself and it was like it had never existed. Now if you think thats coincidence consider the fact that the explosion also came from nothing... a mathematician pointed out that for an explodion to exist where nothing occured would be 1 in a trillion trillion trillion trillion trillion trillion trillion trillion trillion trillion trillion trillion trillion trillion trillion trillion trillion trillion trillion and trillion pretty rare? keep saying trillion 15 times more thats how rare the big bang was. Its like telling a blind man to find 1 specific grain of sand in all of the worlds beaches combined... So it is safe to assume that is impossible for the explosion to occur without a designer involved tugging the right strings.

Hey Ronnie maybe you heard of the Gospel or not but I want to tell you what happened man. We have all sinned and fallen short of Gods glory. Whether we lied, stolen, used Gods name in vain, or looked at a women with lust which is committing adultery with her in your heart. We have all sinned and fallen short of Gods glory. There is a Heaven and there is a Hell but God loves us so much he gave us his Only Begotten Son Jesus Christ on the cross. Jesus took your sins and mine and all mankind’s on the cross. Jesus died for our sins, he was buried, and he rose from the dead on the third day and paid for our sins in full with his Holy precious blood. What God calls us to do is to repent from our sins confess and forsake them and trust In Jesus Christ for our Salvation. Jesus loves you so much man God bless you.

'He who has ears to hear, let him hear' - MATTHEW 11:15........Some hear the Word, yet they do not allow it to take root because the seduction of worldly pleasures and comfort overcomes them. Others end up rejecting the Word because of persecution or trials. Others hear the Word and open themselves to understand and accept it so that it transforms them. Those who have “ears to hear” allow the Word to bear fruit to the glory of God. It is up to the hearer to decide whether to take the Word seriously and pursue understanding; only a few are willing-the rest have ears, but they do not have “ears to hear”

Are you searching or testing? The truth will bot be revealed to them who is testing God But if you search it then start to read the bible and grow spiritually. God will show it to you when you have a heart to believe not for testing. I have experienced in my life. Trying to test it, waiting for someone to show it by proof if God does exist. I failed to find out the truth untill i gave up and started to humble myself. He came to when i was about to die. He saved me by his will and that is the proof that i found. No turning back again, i will follow Jesus. Believe it or not, that is my spiritual experience and i have no ability to show it to you. Now, if you have a heart to search the truth about Jesus, read the bible, pray for God reveals it to you. Read the bible with humble heart not by pride or testing. God bless you

Zach Reush well, all god really is is a belief that exist ONLY in the mind and heart. I can believe in cows on the moon and in my own world and mentality, they are 100 percent real, but in reality, are they real? No. So religion is nothing but ignorance. Pretty sad :( but if it makes you happy...then it’s ok! :)
