I have never found instructions that include understanding that it can be difficult for some of us to do the moves at first. Showing us how to do little "until you get better" steps like using blocks is amazing. The most helpful is just the way you explain things with explicit detail as you show us what to do. I am a little hampered by my autism so many videos that just tell me what to do with no "how" are incomprehensible to me. Your channel is a heaven of a find for me and I will be sharing my happiness with it on FB with all my friends and family :)

The Lateral Tilt stretch is a GAMECHANGER for me!!! There are muscles in my shoulders I have been struggling to find stretches for... I almost started crying from relief a second ago when I felt that one stretch hit ALL OF THEM 🎉🥳

OMG! The bending your legs for hamstring one is LIFECHANGING! I was trying to find it to send it to someone and it me awhile, it totally deserves its own video!

I have a HUGE request for you: Can you make a video: "How to: Pancake?" There are countless videos about exercises like "Cossack Squats" or "Standing Pancake", which I can easily do if done correctly. But when I'm down on the ground, just sitting on a straddle, the adductors immediately go into painful protective tension, even though I've been specifically training the adductors for months. Thank you very much for your sooooo valuable work. Thanks to you, I managed to cross the bridge for the first time. ✌

I rate this channel highly - I like to think I have worked with some very good yoga teachers in the gym, but the explanations on here make a lot of sense. One in particular I liked was regarding the sciatic nerve glide as opposed to just keep concentrating on the hamstrings. The grimacing and poor posture to highlight poses done badly also looks very similar to how I feel much of the time!

I love this channel! I feel less shame trying to hit yoga poses, knowing that not everyone might be able to hit that, there's always a better alternative. Thanks so much!

Thank you for this uplifting video.

I don't usually agree with videos like this. But the glute medius focus of the cow stretch, immediately felt great on my tight glute medius on the one side and comfortable on the non tight side. Then you reminded me of the eagle arms pose, which I haven't done for a while because I forgot it. Told me how to use it for the supraspinatus, which is damaged, and needs work. Fantastic stuff.

It would be lovely to see some advice/exercise routines for people who have hypermobility. We find it extra difficult to stretch and can do ourselves a lot more damage trying. But we need to strengthen muscles around joints to protect them and it's difficult to find relaible online exercises we can do from home.

Excellent presentations of how-to-heal-from-sitting-work. Thank you very much. As a non-biologist it would be easier to follow your words, when the body pictures are in the main role in time (not the speaking head). So more time-in-the-air for muskles and bones etc.
