Lunges never used to have a bent leg, so basically none of it means anything, other than what you want it to 😂 nor did lunges go backwards 😂 generally you lunge forward 😂 see. None of it matters.

Why are people rounding averages? If they meant meadian, sure, 0 makes sense. But averages are not meant to be rounded, they did it just for the laughs and to make themselves feel.."strong" I guess. That's such a small dick energy😅

Absolutely transformative, so thank you. Please add a number for each move (roughly how many times for beginner) or time (to hold each pose). 🙏

I am a great late sixties music fan and I am telling my age but I love a song by the music group THE MONKEES called I am a Believer that song is my tribute to you LL I thought I was the most UN-Flexible person on the planet now getting close to seventy now I decide I want to do a backbend or touch my head to my knees I try to wrap my legs around my head one of the yoga poses that one I may not be able to do but I am almost 80% more flexible ty for your tips to take things slow in 30 sec intervals and not hurt myself and to rest after each! I am looking forward to getting better each day each week and each month I am working on that wheel pose I have the upper body strength but I need more flexibility I am even doing better with my handstand which helps me since I am still trying to BREAK DANCE but no headspins or windmills but I have been invited to dance for my church a mini-break dance performance I should do fantastic thanks to you I am happy to be a new subscriber I hope to get more and more flexible even into my seventies!!! Yippee

Physically we are a species that has a weaker sex so I’m confused what the point of this is

Its not trying to portray anything, we simple are physically weaker than men, to think not is to live in delusion and denial

Women are STRONG STRONG, and not just physically. The fact that men are genetically blessed to be physically stronger doesn't mean shit, tbh. We make the World go around, we run households, we work outside of the house, we have the ability to pop out a human out of our bodies, we endure pain for 5-7 days ever month and don't even blink twice. Women are wild.

Oh my god I did it in 5 minutes I love you!!!! I went from thinking that it would take a while just to get over the fear, to thinking it would take a while to get the strength just to pick up one foot off the floor, to just doing it with you (and a couple of blocks and a big cushion for reassurance...) but I did it like right now!!!! I held it for 2 seconds but feel positive enough about it to practise it again tomorrow now :) thank you so much.

I believe that I have nerve damage from cortisol due to chronic anxiety. I'm extremely temperature sensitive as a result and experience major pain and stiffness in cooler weather. I believed because my muscles and connective tissue were less pliable and sent information to my damaged nervous system that was interpreted as pain. I think that is true, but this video makes think that may only be part of the story - and that it's the nerves themselves becoming less elastic.
