ah thank you so much! I don't practice Ashtanga so have never really worked on my jump throughs. I like to teach from a point of view of 'this is how I learnt' so I won't be able to make a tutorial until its something I have mastered myself 🙏🏻

Tried with blocks, almost got it. I have to remember weight goes more forward past shoulders & SQUEEZE!
