Hey Cat! A video on exercises for tight hamstrings would be really helpful :) When doing the dolphin walk-ins in this video and even downward dog in general, my hamstrings are so tight that I find it really hard to do them correctly! Xx

Hey Nish, it will take a little while to get into the hamstrings to be able to walk in. Maybe try some yin yoga classes to help work deeper into the postures. :) x

Hi Cat, I keep finding whenever I do dolphin when i try to walk my legs further in my head is on the floor. How do i correct this? thank you!

+The Green Beanie Hey there, thanks! I'd go for 2 sets of 10 reps on the half chaturanga push ups, 5 full chaturanga push ups, 10 dolphin push ups, 2 sets of 20-30 secs hold in the dolphin walk-in and 30 secs hold on each side of the side plank. Obviously that might vary depending on your ability, but it's a good aim to start with. :) xx
